Posted on August 24, 2022 by cdsmiller17

Retrograde Uranus (in Taurus) August 24, 2022 Uranus is transiting Taurus at the moment: it takes about 7 years to complete its journey through the sign. We tend to lose sight of its influence because it takes so long, but … Continue reading →

From Trump’s “Fixer” to the Fixer of American Politics

Posted on August 22, 2022 by cdsmiller17

Michael Cohen (August 25, 1966) It’s taken me awhile to get around to Michael Cohen. I’m prompted to do so today because he has spoken aloud on yesterday’s television what I wrote in yesterday’s post about Trump blackmailing the FBI. … Continue reading →

We Were Born on the Same Day, Six Years Apart

Posted on August 21, 2022 by cdsmiller17

Alice Walker (February 9, 1944) I seem to be coming to the table, late again. I adored The Color Purple as a movie. I never read the book. I never heard of its author before today. (Thank you, David Icke’s … Continue reading →

Using the FBI’s Own Files to Blackmail Them?

Posted on August 21, 2022 by cdsmiller17

Mueller’s Russian Probe I don’t know about you, but when someone suggests a ‘reason’ for Trump’s selectively keeping some confidential and top secret files at Mar-a-Lago, I weigh it up with my own assessment of his character. It’s all about … Continue reading →

Posted on August 17, 2022 by cdsmiller17

January 20, 1996 (1:00 am and 3:30 pm) I’d never tried this before: two charts for the same area and day, different times. I wasn’t sure what I’d get, so here we are. To have the Ascendant and Jupiter of … Continue reading →

His Last Novel, Published Posthumously

Posted on August 15, 2022 by cdsmiller17

Silverview (2021) The fact that I didn’t know this one existed until a whole year later means that, since John le Carré’s death in 2020, the publicity machine must have abated somewhat. I read it in one day, all 215 … Continue reading →
