At 5:00 AM, I was Shown This Date in History

Depression (really) Starts? (July 4, 1931)

Ninety-five years ago today, the Stock Market crashed. Historians consider that to be the start of the Great Depression. But, ‘something’ wants me to look at Independence Day 1931, instead. I wonder why?

Everything about this chart is arbitrary and speculative, and yet the resulting Ascendant in Libra is conjunct to the South Node. That implies that something happened in previous times that is echoed here.

Moon Inconjunct Ascendant

You tend to put your own emotional needs and wants second to whatever you feel has to be done. In other words, you are likely to be more disciplined emotionally than most people. But this is not good if you feel that your emotional needs are not important. Your needs must be fulfilled as much as anyone else’s, particularly because your feelings are really very powerful within yourself.

Planets in Youth (page 139) by Robert Hand (1977)

Because the timing is arbitrary, this description may be accidently correct. Still, it is interesting.

Independence Day (July 4, 2024)

This year has had some very challenging aspects. And, as the 4th year since COVID-19, the inflation/deflation financial concerns are starting to bite. Americans are not exactly suffering a depression, but when people cannot make their monetary ends meet, what’s the difference?

Hmm. Neptune on the Descendant: is this all a smokescreen? The Grand Trine of Uranus/Pluto/Ascendant is concerning. But this time, the Moon is conjunct the (arbitrary) Midheaven, so this could be a portend for something affecting the general population. The Moon/Midheaven is the apex of a Grand Trine involving Neptune (Saturn) and the Virgo Ascendant. Let’s blame the other side!

OK. This is where it gets a little freaky. If I hadn’t been shown the 1931 date, we wouldn’t be looking at this situation. The Nodes are repeating their placements in 1931. In fact, the 2024’s Moon is conjunct 1931’s Venus, while 2024’s Venus is conjunct 1931’s Pluto. Meanwhile, 1931’s Neptune is inconjunct 2024’s Pluto, and opposite 1931’s Moon. It’s like a circular argument, just going round and around.

Are we about to be hit with another Great Depression? Next year’s Saturn/Neptune conjunction seems to suggest that possibility.

Hmm.

An Echo from 1939 at Madison Square Garden

Trump NYC Rally (October 27, 2024)

You know what they say: if it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it’s a duck. Right, Donald?

In real terms, this was Trump’s Last Hurrah: he wanted to make sure he filled Madison Square Garden at least once in his life. He did that last night. (Did they bus people in from other states? I thought New York was a true blue state.) Jupiter is conjunct the Gemini Ascendant and Mercury is inconjunct it, in Scorpio. This is not a very good combination, for sure. Pluto is on the 9th House cusp, to add emphasis.

Nazi NYC Rally (February 20, 1939)

With everybody and his uncle comparing this recent event to the one in 1939, I thought it might be informative to see if there are any astrological connections.

This time, the Ascendant is at 0° Libra. Neptune is in the 12th House (of the Unconscious) and in opposition to the Moon in Pisces. There are four inconjuncts, two of which form a Yod, pointing at the Sun @ 1° Pisces, from the Ascendant and Pluto. That’s a lot to unpack, so I won’t be delineating the aspects.

The cycles of time turn until the right combination comes round again. These two charts show a distinctive connection between them: 2024’s Venus is conjunct 1939’s Mars, and 2024’s Mars is conjunct 1939’s Pluto. At the same time, 2024’s Saturn is conjunct 1939’s Jupiter. What the heck!

By the rhetoric and recent actions of the Trump campaign, it looks like he wants to be dictator for more than one day. The Harris campaign is right: this duck is a Fascist duck.

Quack!

I’m About to Put the Cat Amongst the Pigeons

The Battle of the Sexes (but not in the way you might think)

Have you noticed? Kamala argues with precision and logic; Trump hits back with bitchiness and slander. If the roles were reversed, you wouldn’t think anything of it, but here the genders are reversed and there’s a good reason for that.

Astrology is a great undercover detective. Both of these candidates have a Sun/Moon opposition in their birth charts. That means, as I have discovered over the years, that the individuals concerned have the traits of their opposite sex in spades. That is why some people with this configuration become ‘trans’.

In a YouTube discussion about Kamala Harris, I suggested that she is an honorary male. That then posed the question of why Donald Trump is the way he is, with his misogyny and hyper-masculinity façade. I guess it makes him a dis-honorary female. Without intending to, he has shown us what he doesn’t want us to see: that’s why he is so highly sexualized with, and abusive of, the other side. Do you see?

His ‘relationship’ with Roy Cohn (as shown in “The Apprentice”) was flirtatious. His sexual ‘adventures’ with women, over the years amounts to a ‘love them and leave them’ attitude. He is contemptuous of females in authority, and he is scathing of homosexual men. Methinks he doth protest too much.

Honestly, people, do you really want to return him to the White House?

What is the Star Link Between These Two?

Vladimir Putin and Elon Musk

When I first heard that the Starlink satellite system was cut off for Ukrainian soldiers in the early days of Russia’s incursion into Ukraine, I thought, ‘Whose side is Elon Musk on?’ Well, now we know.

The conjunctions between their North/South Nodes seem to suggest a prior life connection. In other words, they were once comrades-in-arms in a past life. How else can you explain it?

Postscript

Instinctively, I knew there’d be a link between these two and Donald J Trump, but I wasn’t expecting it to be so conclusive: when I added Trump’s adjusted time chart to the mix, his (corrected) Ascendant is right between their two South Nodes. Now, doesn’t that just say it all?

Hmm.

Some Thoughts About the US Elections, This Year

“It’s a Tie”

If you are a pundit, you will have an informed opinion. If you’re an ordinary person, you will have hopes and fears. If you’re a politician, you’ll have your fingers crossed. The world is holding its breath.

Perhaps it’s the hype, perhaps it’s the truth, but I cannot remember a time when so much hinged on one election year. Will the United States of America continue their experiment, or will they evolve?

God only knows, and He’s not telling, because He has given the US free will to choose for itself.

At CNN’s Town Hall with Kamala Harris, Last Night:

Trying to Be All Things to All People

It’s a binary world. That’s a fact, but politicians the world over want to appeal to the greatest number of voters, in order to win an election. Kamala Harris is no different. But some issues have too clearly defined demarcation lines to allow someone like her to straddle both camps.

The war between Israel and Gaza is a case in point: the US is supplying bombs and artillery shells to Israel, so that they can defend themselves. But those same armaments are decimating the people of Gaza. How can you defend America’s stance with respect to this conflict when the nightly newscasts are bringing images of atrocities to human life in Gaza into American’s homes? This feels like an echo of the Vietnam War in the late 60’s, early 70’s.

And the environment becomes another battleground: VP Harris won’t ban fracking, but she also wants to promote alternate ways of generating power, in order to work towards a ‘better future’. It’s the usual case of wanting your cake and eating it, too. People want their leaders to take stands that more respond to their own ways of thinking.

22 To the weak I became weak, to win the weak. I have become all things to all people so that by all possible means I might save some.

1 Corinthians 9:22 NIV

But in the end, who wins, and who loses?

More Conspiracies? There are Rumours about This:

J.D. Vance and Opus Dei

How did I not know that J.D. Vance converted to Catholicism in 2019? This opens up a whole new ‘kettle of fish’. In other words, something this way smells.

Because I use astrology as a way of looking behind the scenes, I thought, ‘Why not combine their charts and see what falls into view?’

Holy sh*t, Batman! Their North Nodes are almost exactly conjunct. That cannot be a coincidence, at least not in my experience. Here’s Cash Peters’ YouTube video detailing his take on their connection:

This does not mean that Vance is a knowing stooge for the organization, but that he may be part of the bigger plan to ‘correct’ the American Constitution. Is this God’s Work in action? Hmm.

And Speaking About Flies:

Lord of the Flies (1951)

This designation is the literal translation of Beelzebub. (And, no, I am not joking.)

Lord of the Flies was rejected by many publishers before being accepted by Faber & Faber. An initial rejection labelled the book as “absurd … Rubbish & dull”. The book was originally titled Strangers from Within, which was considered “too abstract and too explicit” and was eventually changed to Lord of the Flies.

Wikipedia

Strangers from Within. Hmm. Now we’re hearing about The Enemy Within. It may have taken 73 years for the boys in the book to grow up to be the Make America Great Again followers, but make no mistake, this presidential election has brought the worst out of their leader.

from 2020
from 2024

At an allegorical level, a central theme is how the desire for civilisation conflicts with the desire for power. Lord of the Flies also portrays the tension between groupthink and individuality, rational and emotional reactions, and morality and immorality.

End of message.
