The Worst Kept Secret of an English Royal Birth from 1561

Luke Aaron asked this question yesterday. His reason was the prevalence of vague birth details, especially in the Elizabethan era. It had never occurred to me to try, but that’s why we must keep an open mind about such matters. My rationale? Time is cyclical. What goes around comes around again.

Now, as I’d noted before, there seems to be no definite proof that Dudley (Sr)’s birth date is as stated.

There is a popular tradition that Robert Dudley was the same age as Elizabeth I; however, in a letter to William Cecil he denotes 24 June as his birthday, and a 1576 portrait miniature by Nicholas Hilliard gives his age as 44, “so 1532 is the most likely year of his birth” (Adams 2008b)

But the programmers of my Kepler 7.0 astrology program had his birth chart in there already, but with a different date*. They even knew the time of day, and justified it all by stating that they had his Birth Certificate in hand! Here’s the chart:

See what I mean? Two+ years off the ‘estimated’ and perhaps correct birth time. But my reason for showing this one instead of a different one is the position of Venus. If I were to rectify his chart, this would represent the age at which he fathered a son with Elizabeth (in other words, when he got intimate with her). So, who’s to know?

Why are We So Quick to Believe Fake News?

Vladimir Putin Heart Attack? (October 22, 2023)

This goes along with the idea that Putin has body doubles. Now, if that were true then we could reasonably consider that these rumours have substance, but when knewz.com does the reporting, the feeling of disinformation is very strong.

This is the reported time of the guards hearing a loud thud from Putin’s apartment and then finding him on the floor. So, is it true? If Moscow had been observing Daylight Savings Time, there would have been an aspect of the Moon inconjunct Ascendant, which would have been interesting, but they’re on Standard Time, so no conspiracy or hidden motives. Why on earth do we support such news reports?

The only thing that stands out for me when these two charts are combined is the event Ascendant being on Putin’s natal Descendant. Hmm.

Rudolph Steiner Saw a Connection Between These Two

Harun al-Rashid (March 17, 763 – March 24, 809)

Rudolf Steiner attaches great importance to the connection between Bacon and the court of the Abbasid Caliphate in Baghdad, where Harun al-Rashid reigned from 786 until 809 AD. Harun al-Rashid was a patron of the arts and learning and was, according to Steiner, the bearer of the individuality who later incarnated as Francis Bacon, thereby making Western Europe accessible to a renewed stream of Arabian thought.

So, who am I to argue with that knowledge?

This is as close to a correct date as is possible from this great distance of time and space. Harun al-Rashid might be a shadowy figure from the 1001 Arabian Nights, but he was a real flesh and blood person. The timing of his birth chart is randomized, so everything about it might be wrong, and yet there are four inconjuncts, two linked from Pluto to his Saturn and Uranus conjunction and two linked from the Midheaven to his Mars and Neptune conjunction. They are very powerful aspects, if true.

Let’s Compare Harun al-Rashid’s Charts to Francis Bacon’s Birth Chart

Every time, before the results are displayed, I have a small doubt that it will never work out: but I’m wrong yet again. Because these two are closer together in time, their charts are more closely aligned.

As I’m very big on North Node connections, the one in Francis’ chart is conjunct both Harun’s ‘fatal’ Mars, and his natal Moon/Mercury conjunction. Francis’ Moon is conjunct Harun’s natal Saturn/Uranus conjunction and Francis’s Neptune is conjunct Harun’s ‘fatal’ Moon. Both Harun’s ‘fatal’ South Node and his natal North Node are in Francis’ 12th House (of the Unconscious). And finally, Francis’ Mars is conjunct Harun’s ‘fatal’ Saturn, an echo of his relationship (although reversed) with Elizabeth I.

Amen.

Donald Trump as Paul Bern Reborn?

The woman who has been presenting me with her ‘memories’ of Sharon Tate’s life, death and previous lives has just thrown a spanner into the works. She believes that Paul Bern reincarnated as Donald Trump. Now, to me, this doesn’t add up, since I had previously identified Jay Sebring as Bern reborn.

Karmically, this would seem to be the best fit. But, just to see if such a thing is possible about Trump, here are the charts for comparison:

Interesting. There are definite links. But, my intuition is not buying the idea. (And, just in case you’re wondering, this could be the Universe’s way of letting me know that all this astrology research is bogus.) So, make of it what you will: I’ve explored the idea, and it makes me feel like a fool.

Francis Bacon and Jesus Christ?

It was an unspoken question that occurred when I started looking at this individual: was he a reincarnation of Jesus? Now, to be fair, this isn’t the first time that I’ve looked at a link to Jesus.

I have inserted Titus into the middle of this chart comparison, because intuitively the real “Messiah” may have been him. Don’t stone me for that blasphemy. There are even some who think Jesus is a made-up legend, perpetrated on an unsuspecting public by Rome, and the Gospels were written as a ‘satire’.

But I digress. In this triple chart comparison shows links between Francis Bacon and both of these individuals, astrologically: Bacon’s North Node is conjunct Jesus’ Uranus; and Bacon’s Uranus is conjunct Titus’ North Node. As the North Node relates strongly to reincarnation, I think this proves it.

Hmm.

Being Ageless: Blessing or Curse?

The Age of Adaline (2015)

I missed this one, first time around. The premise seemed highly improbable and I was probably not feeling in the mood for a romantic fantasy. It stars Blake Lively, and now that I’ve seen this film, I cannot imagine anyone else in the role of Adaline. She should have been named Blake Lovely.

But at the base of this story is the (not so) hidden wish to live forever and never grow old. In reality, that scenario would turn into a nightmare, especially as everyone you have ever known would eventually die, and leave you lonely without them. This is brought to our consciousness by the photo album that Adaline kept of her many King Charles spaniels. She had just had to put her latest one to sleep and she took the best photo she possessed of it and placed it with the others. (Of course, this struck a nerve with me…)

So, the lesson here is, “Be careful what you wish for…”

Rumour Has It: Elizabeth I’s “Secret” Child

Francis Bacon (January 22, 1561 – April 9, 1626)

Now, this is a contentious secret since Elizabeth I was considered “The Virgin Queen”. Was that a lie? To be fair, Francis Bacon is considered one of the most interesting characters from the late Tudor reign to the early Stuart one. But, if he was her son, why didn’t he get to be the King following her death?

Notice that there are no inconjuncts. This life should have been an open book. But, by comparing his birth chart to Elizabeth’s, we can determine if the rumour was true.

Do you see the conjunction between Francis’ Saturn and Elizabeth’s Mars? That’s the proof: Saturn is the Father in a man’s chart; Mars is the Son in a woman’s chart. Nothing else links these two so directly. So, I’m going out on a limb to say that the rumour was true.

Just Because You Write About an Underage Girl…

Vladimir Nabokov (April 22, 1899 – July 2, 1977)

Does he look like a dirty old man? I would say, “no”. But, one wonders why he would explore such a theme in “Lolita”. According to Luke Aaron, he translated “Alice in Wonderland” into Russian, and therefore has a connection, of sorts, with Lewis Carroll. Vladimir Nabokov was born 15 months after Carroll died.

Nabokov is noted for his complex plots, clever word play, daring metaphors, and prose style capable of both parody and intense lyricism. He gained both fame and notoriety with Lolita (1955), which recounts a grown man’s consuming passion for a 12-year-old girl. This and his other novels, particularly Pale Fire (1962), won him a place among the greatest novelists of the 20th century. His longest novel, which met with a mixed response, is Ada (1969). He devoted more time to the composition of it than to any other. Nabokov’s fiction is characterized by linguistic playfulness. For example, his short story “The Vane Sisters” is famous in part for its acrostic final paragraph, in which the first letters of each word spell out a message from beyond the grave.

I do things like that, especially with my poems. Hmm.

That one inconjunct linking the Moon and Mercury puts me in mind that his work is challenging, at every level.

It may be hard for you to put your feelings into words, because your emotions are so different from your intellect. Of course, there is nothing really strange about your feelings, but that part of your mind is quite different from the reasoning part. Is He Lewis Carroll Reincarnated?

Perhaps. I suggested to Luke that their connection is more intellectual than emotional, but that was before looking at a comparison of their birth charts, alone. Now I see that Carroll’s Saturn is midway between Nabokov’s Moon/Part of Fortune conjunction. At the same time, Nabokov’s Uranus is conjunct Carroll’s Moon/Ascendant conjunction. Also, Nabokov’s Saturn is conjunct Carroll’s Venus/Mars conjunction. So maybe the emotional connection is stronger than I thought. Wonders never cease.

Have I Been Trying to Make Up for Past Mistakes?

Edward Kelley, Aleister Crowley and Me

When Luke Aaron suggested in a comment that Aleister Crowley thought he was the reincarnation of Edward Kelley, I was surprised (mainly because I’d never read that before) and vindicated (because I’d linked my present life with both of theirs, separately). But, if I really was “The Beast 666” in a past life, am I likely to want to publicize this fact? Perhaps not, which is why I lead a mostly obscure life.

When you compare the three birth charts, a couple of unlikely links stand out: my North Node, Aleister’s North Node and Edward’s Saturn; my Pluto, Aleister’s Uranus and Edward’s Sun. The other links are there, too, but not quite as startling (for example, Edward’s South Node is conjunct my Ascendant, and Aleister’s Saturn and my Sun are conjunct). It is not outside the realms of possibility that the three of us are really one in spirit.

At any rate, I hope that bringing this ‘dark stuff’ to the light of conscious awareness will heal whatever harm was done in the past.

Once a Lord, Always a Lord?

William Cecil, Lord Burghley (September 15, 1520 – August 4, 1598)

OK, OK, this will be my last Luke Aaron connection. I was looking for a tenuous link to his present day counterpart, and it would seem that being Knighted was all I needed to discover. William Cecil was made the 1st Baron of Burghley, during Elizabeth I’s reign. Look at those eyes…

I set the timing of his birth for 8 am. That means that two of the three inconjuncts may be nonexistent. Only one linking the Sun and Neptune is definite. Hmm. That means the Yod pointing at Neptune is half right. What was he hiding?

“William Cecil’s public conduct does not present itself in quite so amiable a light. As his predecessor, Lord Winchester, said of himself, he was sprung “from the willow rather than the oak”. Neither Cecil nor Lord Winchester were men to suffer for the sake of obstinate convictions. The interest of the state was the supreme consideration for Burghley, and to it he had no hesitation in sacrificing individual consciences. He frankly disbelieved in toleration; “that state”, he said, “could never be in safety where there was a toleration of two religions. Cecil Parkinson (September 1, 1931 – January 22, 2016)

Those eyes, again. Cecil Parkinson was the Chairman of the Conservative Party during most of his time in British politics. You could say he had quite a similar hand in shaping Margaret Thatcher’s rule as Prime Minister as William Cecil did over Elizabeth I’s reign.

This timing is randomized. Therefore, the single inconjunct linking Saturn and the Midheaven is fleeting, and probably nonexistent, too. But it does tell a tale, nonetheless. Having lived in England for part of this time, I can attest to the fact that Cecil Parkinson was a man of great political significance.

Let’s Compare the Charts

I asked Luke, in an email, if he was an astrologer. Because he wasn’t expecting me to respond that way, he probably deleted my communication as ‘spam’. His ‘spot-on’ connections between the first and second reigns of Elizabeth cannot be based just of their looks, surely. Something else has to be inspiring his choices. Perhaps in this case, it’s the name “Cecil”. After all, stranger things have happened.
