Does This Qualify as a Disclosure Manifesto?

Steven Greer Suggests that Livelsberger was his UFO Whistleblower

OK. This is getting seriously interesting. Evidently, the night before he blew himself up in Las Vegas on New Year’s Day, Matthew Livelsberger sent an email to a webcast forum, outlining what was going on with the UAP/drones over New Jersey and elsewhere. It (the UFO flap) was intended to cause panic and allow the world to unite to fight the ‘alien’ invaders. The only problem was this: the situation was an air battle of American and Chinese equipment, supposedly fighting for supremacy over American airspace.

Really?

This may be a case of 2+2=5…

Of course, it’s not outside the realm of possibility that Livelsberger may have been one of Greer’s whistleblowers, but this could also be a result of the Green Beret realizing that his email may have been the equivalent of his signing his own death warrant. Hence the public suicide.

But I am always suspicious of ‘found’ I.D. It reminds me of Nine-Eleven. To have passports of the so-called Al Qaeda pilots be found in the debris from the Twin Towers destruction seems too ‘coincidental’.

What do you think?

He was Last Seen on CCTV on the Night He Disappeared

Luc Joly-Durocher Disappears (March 4, 2011)

When I first heard of this case, today, I thought 11 pm. Then I saw this CCTV still, which is timestamped 54 minutes later. He’s with three friends, according to North Bay police, but then what happened? Maybe astrology can help us ‘solve’ the mystery of Luc’s disappearance.

That’s a lot of 4th House/Pisces energy. The stellium tells a story:

4th House Stellium

With a fourth house stellium, your home, family, and heritage are typically an incredibly important part of your life and are the determining factor of many of your decisions in life. The planets involved can add more context to the relationship you have with your parents as well as your lineage, and, because this house is at the very bottom of the chart, it can also indicate that you’re someone who prioritizes privacy.

astrology.com

According to my astrology friend Ellie Adams, a Mars conjunct the 4th House cusp can indicate foul play and perhaps represents the murderer. What I find interesting is the fact that the Sun and Moon are widely conjunct Mars, and because there were three friends, it hints at their being involved in his disappearance. The Sun/Moon conjunction is inconjunct to the only planet above the horizon: Saturn. Luc’s father feels a deep regret that he worked overtime that night: otherwise Luc would have stayed at his place, instead of potentially staying with a friend.

At the same time, Venus is inconjunct the Midheaven, which tells me that his disappearance is due to a love interest. Hmm.

Do you have any information?

Last Text to His Father

Ah, the father’s guilt. The transiting Saturn, conjunct the Libra Ascendant @ 16° seems to tell us why this affects Luc’s father so much.

Last Sighting of Luc

That approaching Pluto @ 7° Capricorn is his demise, for sure. The North/South Node axis confirms the Sagittarius Ascendant’s role in bringing about his death. Can there be any doubt, now? (But why is there a constant inconjunct linking the Sun [Luc’s self] with Saturn [his father]? That implies that his father had something to do with his disappearance, in the end.)

Sun Inconjunct Saturn

You may feel that persons, forces or circumstances are conspiring to prevent you from doing what you want. You may be limited by fear or by the belief that you don’t deserve to get what you want.

Sometimes you may be afraid to get the freedom to do what you want, for the rigid structure and rules that you are forced to live under seem to give you a feeling of security. At the same time, however, part of you does want to be free.

Planets in Youth (page 86) by Robert Hand (1977)

See what I mean? It’s been a nagging thought about his father’s guilt ever since I first started to research this event. Hmm.

And Speaking of Double Agents…

War (2024)

I received this book for Christmas from a “Secret Santa” (he knows who he is). I’ve just finished reading the first 24 chapters. It is the political background to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine in February 2022. (Has it been almost three years, already?)

What struck me was the reliance that U.S. Intelligence services had on ‘someone’ inside the Kremlin providing them with credible (yet incredible) information about Putin’s plans to invade Ukraine. Doesn’t that suggest a ‘mole’? Who could it be? Taking a page out of Kim Philby‘s story, I felt it must be someone high up in the Russian’s intelligence services. So, I Googled “Mole inside the Kremlin 2022”.

Sergey Beseda (May 17, 1954)

Sergey Orestovich Beseda (Russian: Сергей Орестович Беседа; born on 17 May 1954) is a Russian politician, Colonel General and government agent who headed the Fifth Service (Service of Operational Information and International Relations) of Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) internal intelligence agency from 2009 to June 2024.

In March 2022, during the first month of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, international media reported that Beseda was being held under house arrest as a consequence of giving Russian President Vladimir Putin erroneous intelligence on unexpectedly strong Ukrainian resistance to the invasion. On 8 April, Beseda was reportedly transferred to Moscow’s Lefortovo Prison, but Russian authorities provided no official confirmation of any of these events and in August The Washington Post cast doubt on reports that Beseda had been removed from his leadership role at the FSB. He finally left office in the summer of 2024, when he became advisor to the Director of the FSB.

Wikipedia

Hmm. That sounds like disinformation to cover their tracks, doesn’t it? But, we only have his birth date, so everything that comes after this could be erroneous.

What I was hoping to see, and I wasn’t disappointed, was a Yod pointing to Mercury, this time formed from inconjuncts to Mars and Saturn. There are also two more inconjuncts: one linking the Sun and Neptune; and the other the Moon and Venus. So, we are not in exactly the same territory as Philby, but close enough to look at any similarities between them. (This time I’m using Philby’s birth chart to compare Beseda’s unsubstantiated one.)

Interesting, isn’t it? Beseda’s Sun is conjunct Philby’s Moon/Mars/Ascendant conjunction in Taurus. Philby’s Pluto is conjunct Beseda’s Jupiter in Gemini. And Beseda’s Mars is conjunct Philby’s Sun in Capricorn. What can it all mean?

On the Russian side of things, they may have suspected Beseda’s cooperation with U.S. intelligence services and decided to turn his information back on them, to help muddy the waters, as it were. It has not changed the outcome of the Ukraine War, though.

Cash Peters Time-Travelled to Rome in 44 BCE

Why was He There?

I know it sounds far-fetched, but using a 5D consciousness, where time is no longer linear, to revisit the past is something that Cash has been experimenting with. The second half of this YouTube video covers that ‘trip’.

Because the focus of 44 BCE is on the Ides of March assassination of Julius Caesar, it isn’t too difficult to imagine that the one person who might be nervous after his death was his adopted son Octavian. I suspect that Cash inhabited his consciousness in this time-travelling experiment.

Notice how similar in looks Cash Peters is with Octavian (see top picture)

So, I’m wondering, “Does Cash have any karmic connections to Augustus Caesar?”

Just focusing on Octavian’s birth chart and Cash’s, I would say that the links are obvious and close: Cash’s Saturn is conjunct Octavian’s Jupiter; while Cash’s Uranus is conjunct Octavian’s Saturn. If Cash’s Mars is within 4° of Octavian’s South Node, we have a hint at a prior life situation. This is augmented by Cash’s Sun being within 1° of Octavian’s Midheaven.

Focusing on Cash’s birth chart and Augustus’ death chart, there are a number of connections, there, too: Cash’s Neptune is conjunct Augustus’ ‘fatal’ Pluto; while Cash’s Pluto is within 3° of Augustus’ ‘fatal’ Sun. Finally, Cash’s Part of Fortune is within 2° of Augustus’ ‘fatal’ Uranus. Is it enough?

Octavian/Augustus was known to be ‘sickly’ and not a powerhouse of strength during his almost 76 years of life. Cash has allergies, and most telling of all, a fear of crowded spaces. That instinct has served him well.

What do you think? Are they connected? I think so.

He’s Called the World’s Most Famous Double Agent

1955

“Kim” Philby (January 1, 1912 – May 11, 1988)

Is it worthwhile even looking at this individual? From an astrological perspective, undoubtedly.

The original collector of Philby’s birth details used a time (2:30 pm) which has an unknown source. That makes this birth chart suspicious, but the resulting Yods are significant: one pointing at Mercury, the other at Pluto. Hmm. Tricky.

Moon Inconjunct Mercury

It may be hard for you to put your feelings into words, because your emotions are so different from your intellect. Of course, there is nothing really strange about your feelings, but that part of your minds is quite different from the reasoning part. In fact it would be very unfortunate if you decided to listen only to your reason, because your intuition and imagination, both of which are more related to the Moon, can be of great assistance to you. They can tell you much about the world that your reasoning mind cannot.

Planets in Youth (page 116) by Robert Hand (1977)

Mercury Inconjunct Mars

You often find it difficult to separate yourself from what you believe. You fight very hard for your ideas, even when you suspect you are wrong. You must learn that you are not your ideas, that you have them but are not them. If you do not learn this, it will be difficult even to have a friendly talk with friends, because you are always trying to make a point, defend your opinion or prove somebody else wrong. This also makes you irritable and touchy, so that others prefer not to be around you. Of course, you should not give in about something you seriously believe in, but it is unlikely that you would make that mistake.

Ibid (page 158)

Mercury Inconjunct Neptune

The challenge of this aspect is to make your thinking and communication with others more clear. Your rational mind is strongly influenced by your sensitivity, imagination and ideals, although you aren’t always sure how this happens. You tend to spend too much time in your own imaginary world that no one else can share, and this confuses your dealings with others. You will have to learn to face reality, so that you can at least communicate with people. Otherwise you will have a very lonely life.

Ibis (page 169)

Mercury Inconjunct Ascendant

You are likely to have some problems, but not serious ones, in communicating with others. The problem is that people’s first impression of you may not fit in with what you say or your manner of thinking and speaking. People tend to hear what they expect to hear, and they may not listen to you as carefully as they should. So you will have to be as clear as possible and insist that others listen to what you are really saying. If others do not understand you, it is up to you to set them straight.

Ibid (page 175)

Venus Inconjunct Pluto

This aspect may mean that you are very possessive and demanding of your loved ones. You may not want to accept the fact that your friends can love other people besides yourself. Let your friends be themselves freely when they are with you, and try not to be too demanding of their time. Love for friends and relatives should be given freely, not used as a way to control them. If you do that, you will lose their love.

Ibid (page 206)

Uranus Inconjunct Pluto (1892-1894 and 1911-1912)

This aspect indicates changes in the world of the people who were born at these times, changes that were difficult to understand because they were very revolutionary but subtle in many ways. The people born during the first period experienced the consequences of these changes through having to fight in the First World War. The second group reached maturity at the time of the Great Depression. Both the First World War and the Depression were expressions of the breakdown of the nineteenth-century world order that was dominated by Western Europe.

Ibid (pages 319-320)

It is worth noting that John le Carré based the character of Bill Haydon from the book “Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy” on Philby.

Bill Haydon, with his easy charm and strong social connections, bears a close resemblance to real-life double agent Kim Philby whose defection to the USSR in 1963, and the consequent compromising of British agents, was a factor in the 1964 termination of Le Carré’s own career in the SIS. Philby, along with Guy Burgess, Donald Maclean, Anthony Blunt, and John Cairncross, was part of a group of Soviet moles in Britain which later came to be known as the Cambridge Five. While in an earlier draft of the novel, there were reportedly greater similarities to Anthony Blunt, the final character is closely aligned with Philby.

Between Them, They Have All the Bases Covered

2025 U.S. Administration (January 20, 2025)

Hindsight is 2020: the future is now. The missing element, although not completely understood before is J.D. Vance.

For those astrologers out there: this previously unknown quality was hidden. Now it’s on full display.

So, contrary to all the wish fulfilment of those presiding on the left of the political spectrum, there’s a new sheriff in town.

MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN – JULY 17: Republican vice presidential candidate, U.S. Sen. J.D. Vance (R-OH) speaks on stage on the third day of the Republican National Convention at the Fiserv Forum on July 17, 2024 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Delegates, politicians, and the Republican faithful are in Milwaukee for the annual convention, concluding with former President Donald Trump accepting his party’s presidential nomination. The RNC takes place from July 15-18. (Photo by Alex Wong/Getty Images)

Did Jesus’ Sacrifice Make a Jewish Ritual Unnecessary?

Day of Atonement (Yom Kippur)

When the scapegoat was selected on Yom Kippur to symbolically carry the people’s sins to the desert, a crimson cord was tied around its horns. While the practical purpose of this cord was to distinguish the scapegoat from the goat which was to be slaughtered, it also symbolized the sin which the scapegoat was carrying away. Isaiah 1:18 promises that if the Jewish people repents, “if [their] sins are like crimson, they shall become white as snow.” According to tradition, in some years the scapegoat’s cord would miraculously turn white to indicate that the people’s sins were forgiven and purification achieved in that year.

I’ve written about the scapegoat before. I wondered about its effectiveness to wash their scarlet sins away, after watching this YouTube video:

Hot Off the Press:

Merchan Sentences Trump… (January 10, 2025)

To an “unconditional discharge.” That’s a best case scenario for a convicted felon.

Note the transiting Saturn of the Pisces Rising chart. This is as soft a judicial rebuke as is humanly possible. But now, Trump is ‘free’ to appeal his conviction.

Trump should be thankful that this case was brought to trial because it helped to re-elect him to the Presidency.

Some Flames Burn Brightly Even After 11 Years

Missing You (2025)

I’ll admit it: I’m a pushover for Harlan Coben’s works. I’m not even sure how many of his shows I’ve seen on Netflix, but I’ve read three of his novels. Every one of them has had a twist I didn’t see coming.

The clever thing is that a significant song is featured as the title of each of the five episodes, as is the name of the series itself. That makes it perfect for anyone who grew up on 80’s rock tunes.

As with all Coben stories, they were intended for American audiences, set in New York City. Why they’re adapted for British settings, I’ll never know. It takes some of the grittiness away, I guess.

We’ll watch the final two episodes tonight. I hope it’ll turn out ‘all right on the night’. We’ll see.

Is the US$ Financial Supremacy Coming to an End?

BRICS (June 16, 2009)

You’d be hard pressed to find much about this ‘new’ powerhouse financial alliance. Americans are so secure in the almighty dollar being THE gold standard of foreign exchange markets that nothing else comes close to it. That’s delusional, at best. But I guess it helps them sleep better in their beds at night.

Trust Ellie to point me in the right direction, yet again.

I set the clock for noon, but it could have happened any time before or after. So, at least, this is a snapshot of the energies of that day in 2009. There is one inconjunct, which would have been in operation for the entire day, so I think we can trust it to be true.

Mercury Inconjunct Pluto

This aspect can mean that at certain times in your life you will go through tremendous psychological changes. All your thoughts and opinions will change completely. These stages may seem difficult, but you will be much better off if you let go of the past and welcome the new ideas.

Planets in Youth (page 172) by Robert Hand (1977)

I’m familiar with this aspect: I have it, too.

Hmm.
