It’s Called “Stream of Consciousness”

The Song of Lunch (2010)

From the opening minutes of the filmed adaptation of this book, I knew that the narrative came from the written word. We do this all the time, but are mostly unaware that we’re doing it. When the author has only his perspective, the points of conflict are surprisingly potent, as are intimate touches.

If you’re one of those people who can’t get enough of Alan Rickman’s face, this lunchtime meal will be far more than you can ever handle. Personally, I find Emma Thompson’s face far more appealing.

“The Song of Lunch” is presently steaming on Prime Video.

He is Called “The Father of the Constitution”

James Madison (March 16, 1751 [NS] – June 28, 1836)

Reincarnation Research has not made this link, as far as I know. But I had a hint from Karen’s “Ask the Spirit Guides” channel video yesterday. But more on that, later.

James Madison was the 4th US President. He was considered to be quite successful by his peers.

Madison left office as a popular president; former president Adams wrote that Madison had “acquired more glory, and established more union, than all his three predecessors, Washington, Adams, and Jefferson, put together”.

Wikipedia

Here is his birth chart, which, not surprisingly, was already on my computer program.

Pluto on the Ascendant can be quite dynamic, especially in a “straight-shooting”‘ sign like Sagittarius. But there are four inconjuncts: Mercury and Uranus (conjunct) are both inconjunct to Neptune; and Jupiter is inconjunct to the Pluto/Ascendant conjunction.

To be honest, I don’t know much about Madison, even though he was President during the War of 1812-14. This sets up, at least for me, the irony of the person he reincarnated as.

Bernie Sanders (September 8, 1941)

It was during Karen’s questions and answer session with Bernie Sanders’ higher self that the idea that he was reincarnated from a Founding Father first gave me a clue as to the person he might have been.

It’s not a perfect match by any means, but Bernie’s North Node is conjunct Madison’s natal Midheaven: that’s enough to demonstrate a karmic link, especially where the Presidency is concerned. Bernie’s South Node is, naturally, within 4° of Madison’s natal Sun. And Madison’s South Node is within 3° of Bernie’s natal Jupiter. Interactively, between Madison’s ‘fatal’ chart and Bernie’s natal one, there are several Yods (Fingers of God).

It might seem a bit of a stretch, but Bernie’s progressive Democrat stance on trade with Canada seems at odds with the original impulse to conquer Canada in 1812 as Madison, but that’s how karma is resolved.

The election of 2016 was a missed opportunity to let Bernie get his chance to be President again. But I am reminded of this quote:

“Something” Changed in 1971, But I Didn’t Know What

Ending the Gold Standard (August 15, 1971)

I was starting my adult life (age 21) during that year, when, coincidently, the age of majority was lowered to 18. I couldn’t put my finger on what went wrong, but I knew something had, drastically.

The promise of a future economic life, similar to the American Dream, was suddenly gone. And I mean,

For good or evil.

Do you want to see the event chart?

Interesting, eh? That Moon inconjunct Jupiter tells the tale.

Moon Inconjunct Jupiter

This aspect indicates that you have a positive, optimistic outlook on life, and you enjoy socializing with good friends. However, there are some dangers with this aspect. First, it can be a sign that you are self-indulgent and possibly even selfish, although this is not likely to happen if you have a good, strong relationship with your mother. You have a great need to be cared for and supported, to be accepted for what you are with no strings attached. If this need is fulfilled, the positive side of this aspect will flourish. But if your mother does not support your needs fully, you will feel insecure and will look elsewhere for support and fulfillment. In this case your concern will be totally for yourself with little thought for other people’s needs.

This problem may show up in several different ways. For instance, you might simply have a desire to eat too much, as if food were love. Or you may always be wanting things that other people own. You might be afraid of the world and be reluctant to leave your comfortable and safe surroundings. Some people with this aspect stay tied too closely to their mother.

On the other hand, if you feel emotionally secure and accepted, then you will be able to give others the support that you would otherwise have been seeking for yourself. You will help others in their times of need, share what you have with those who have less, and find great satisfaction in taking care of people and animals.

Planets in Youth (pages 124-5) by Robert Hand (1977)

But the whole thing backfired, and now the rich get richer while the poor get poorer, as would have been the warning if an astrologer had raised this chart. But, and I must always remember this but, the problem was foretold in the Bible, honestly.

Then I heard what sounded like a voice among the four living creatures, saying, “Two pounds of wheat for a day’s wages, and six pounds of barley for a day’s wages, and do not damage the oil and the wine!”

Revelation 6:66 (NIV)

You cannot make this stuff up.

So, Here’s the Thing:

A Thousand Years in His Sight is One Night

When we talk about the ‘here and now’, we tend to be very short-sighted. The overview is but the passing of the night. And the return of the Christ is imminent (and has been for a thousand years).

“But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.”

Matthew 24:36 (NIV)

In my dream last night there was a countdown clock that started with the number three and had seven digits. That set my mind to wondering what the countdown was for. It couldn’t be how may days I have yet to live because that would be outside of my ‘normal’ lifespan. So, I then thought it might be a thousand years, and then the lightbulb came on in my head. Jesus died in 30 AD. There is speculation that the Third Temple must be built in Jerusalem before he can return. That seems to be happening now.

I’m going out on a limb here: Jesus’ return may be exactly two thousand years from his ‘death’ and resurrection. Like clockwork, the Universe is unfolding as it should.

8“But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day.”

2 Peter 3:8 (NIV)

So, not long now.

You Can Blame the Germans for This

Daylight Saving Time (April 30, 1916)

In the middle of the Great War, Germany decided to get a jump on their enemies by moving their clocks forward by an hour. I’m not sure if they changed their time at midnight or 2 a.m. but even at 2 a.m. there is an interesting aspect in the event chart.

Funny point: my computer program didn’t indicate that the German state had moved the clocks onward by one hour on that date. The chart, shown above, is based on the normal way we change the time at 2 a.m. But research shows that originally the change would have happened at midnight. Here’s what that event chart would look like.

See the changes? Now, instead of a Sun inconjunct Midheaven, there is a Neptune inconjunct Ascendant, which makes more sense if the Germans were trying to get ahead of the Allies.

Anyway, for many countries, this now happens with regularity every spring (forward) and fall (back).

Not to put too fine a point on it: the implication is that the Germans actually changed the time at the end of the day, not at the beginning, so that May 1st would be the first full day under Daylight Savings. And my confirmation of that fact was yet another chart that was timed for 1 a.m. on May 1st. This time the computer program showed that the chart was under DST.

Isn’t astrology fun?

On This Election Day in Canada, This Song Rings True

Let’s see if my prediction comes true.

Ryo Tatsuki had a Prophetic Dream about a Disaster

Japanese Tsunami off Nankai Trough (July 5, 2025)

Currently, her most attention-grabbing prediction is about a major disaster set to occur on “July 5, 2025, at 4:18 AM”.Tatsuki warns of an undersea volcanic eruption between Japan and the Philippines, causing a tsunami larger than the one from the Great East Japan Earthquake.

OK. Three important details: the date, the time and the place. Hmm. We can do an event chart, can’t we?

I guess this is as close as we can get to the ‘real’ picture. Jupiter is transiting the Cancer Ascendant; while Pluto is inconjunct the same two significant placements. Then the Moon @ 4° Scorpio is inconjunct the Saturn/Neptune conjunction in Aries. Finally, Mars in Virgo is in opposition to the Midheaven in Pisces. That is a potent combination of energies.

Ryo Tatsuki (December 2, 1954)

And just for interest’s sake, here is an approximate birth chart for Ms. Tatsuki, herself.

Isn’t it strange that those prominent energies in the dream event chart should also be prominent in her birth chart? Surely, that has to be a coincidence, right? Well, isn’t it?

Mars Inconjunct Jupiter

With this aspect you probably are quite active, with abundant energy for anything you want to do. But you must learn to control your energies rather than have them control you. You may be inclined to take massive risks, to try out things that you are not sure you can do. But be careful, because with this aspect the energies of Mars and Jupiter do not work very smoothly together.

Planets in Youth (page 228) by Robert Hand (1977)

Mars Inconjunct Uranus

You have a tendency to be rash and impulsive, which may get in your way. If matters proceed too slowly, you are likely to make a sudden move that upsets the whole situation and forces you to start over again. You must learn to be patient if you want to achieve your objectives.

Ibid (page 233)

Jupiter Inconjunct Ascendant

Probably you will accomplish the most if you direct your energies to tasks that benefit others as well as yourself. It may be that much of your work will not benefit you directly, but in the long run you will gain from it. This is not merely a plea for you to be unselfish, but an assertion that you will achieve your own goals most quickly by doing work that helps others.

Ibid (page 275)

Uranus Inconjunct Ascendant

Your need for freedom may interfere with your close relationships. This is typical of the ambiguity that comes with this transit. Certainly, the more others try to restrict your freedom of movement, the more you try to get away.

Ibid (page 322)

There, does that all make sense?

I’ve had one of these dreams, too, in the early 1980’s. But my recollection is that it was a Chinese coastline and my second wife and I were living in a future life together, there. Hmm.

Another Perfect Storm has Carried Away Another Victim

Virginia Giuffre (August 9, 1983 – April 25, 2025)

So, the question is: did she really commit suicide? Or was she ‘removed’? Only astrology can tell us the truth.

Robin Williams committed suicide: at the time, it looked like the ‘perfect storm’. In the meantime, I deleted the post that reflects this fact. I was wondering if Mrs. Giuffre had a similar birth/death scenario.

This birth time is considered excellent. There are two inconjuncts.

Mars Inconjunct Neptune

With this aspect you must learn to stand up for yourself and demand your rights forthrightly and directly. Often you feel that ypu don’t have enough energy to assert yourself or that any such effort would be futile. Unfortunately, some people with this aspect learn to work behind the scenes or dishonestly. Others simply give up or take a defeatist attitude toward life.

Planets in Youth (page 236) by Robert Hand (1977)

Jupiter Inconjunct Midheaven

This aspect can mean that you have mixed feelings toward adults and persons in authority over you. At times you want to break free of this restricting influence and go off by yourself.

Later in life, you will enter a critical period when your need for personal satisfaction and freedom force you to change jobs or even careers. Travel or foreign study would be beneficial, if that is possible. The more you know about how you fit into the larger scheme of life, the easier it will be to make the right decision when you have to change to a more rewarding and personally satisfying course.

Ibid (page 278)

That Saturn/Pluto conjunction @ 27°-29° Libra may be the cause of a lot of her problems in life.

Saturn Conjunct Pluto

Whenever you are defeated, avoid feeling bitter about it. You may develop a cold, hard attitude toward the world if your experiences are rough, but such an attitude only cuts you off from others and makes it more likely that your fears will be realized.

Ibid (page 298)

What makes this significant is that the Saturn/Pluto conjunction is in opposition to the Midheaven, which forming a T-square with Mars. That ties the inconjuncts together in a very rough aspect.

The Day of Her Death

Western Australia state police said they received a report late on Friday local time that a 41-year-old woman, whom they did not name, died at a residence in Neergabby, a rural area on Perth’s outskirts. Police said first aid was attempted to no avail and that foul play was not suspected.

msm.com

One newscast suggested that Mrs. Giuffre committed suicide in the evening. Originally, I set the time of her death chart @ 10 pm, local time. Then I saw how close Pluto was to the Ascendant, and decided on 11:45 pm instead. This is all very speculative on my part.

Notice how all the planets are below the horizon. What’s more, the deadly opposition between Mars and Pluto is part of a Cosmic Cross when included with the Sun/Midheaven opposition. This configuration would not work for any other time of the day. Plus, Pluto on the Ascendant makes her actions particularly potent. Just from this chart alone, I would surmise that she really did take her own life.

Combining the natal and ‘fatal’ charts shows us how much stress her life was under during this transit.

Now she can rest in peace.

Looking Through a Glass Darkly

Black Mirror (2011 – 2025)

When humanity really looks at itself, the effect can be startling. Take this show, for example: viewers may think they’re watching science fiction, when, in reality, they’re seeing ‘real’ life from a non-judgmental observer’s point-of-view. In fact, if there truly is a god, (s)he will be the one watching us.

The opening title image, seen above, comes from Series 1, Episode 2: “Fifteen Million Merits”.

Ah, celebrity status as the ultimate reward? In today’s society that would seem to be the case. But, as I’m always reminded, no one knows what goes on behind closed doors, and a ‘perfect’ life can still be sterile.

Whether we watch any further depends on our mood for the day. I suspect we’ve already had enough.
