Are These Two Explorers Connected Over Time?

Christopher Columbus (1451 – 1506) Charles Lindbergh (1902 – 1974)

You can blame “The UnXplained” again for this post. A repeat program was discussing the Bermuda Triangle and two of the stories involved these individuals who got lost in and around the troubled area.

Christopher Columbus‘ birth date is unknown, so I’m starting with his death in 1506. There are a couple of tricky inconjuncts for that day: the Moon and Pluto; and Mars and Neptune. I won’t delineate them.

Charles Lindbergh‘s birth chart was already on my computer program, so I won’t alter it. Notice the two inconjuncts. They may be indicative of the ultimate challenges of his whole life.

Mars Inconjunct Midheaven

This aspect can mean that you have mixed feelings about all authority figures, including your parents. You may feel that you have to violate the rules laid down by your parents in order to get your way. This is a significant problem, because if it continues into adulthood, you will have great difficulties with employers. Therefore it is very important that your parents teach you how to express your self-assertive drives without going against their teachings. Unfortunately it is impossible to state how that should be done, because the conflict between self-will, on one hand, and self-denial and work, on the other, is different for each person.

Jupiter Inconjunct Neptune

You are an idealist with very vivid dreams about how you want your life to be, and at certain times in your life you will follow those dreams with all your energy. But sometimes these idealistic dreams will let you down, because you are not concerned enough with what is real and possible. Your parents and other adults may pressure you to be more practical in your thinking, but you think they are just throwing cold water on your aspirations. Yet learning to handle the real world is a very important part of your development, because it is the only way you can avoid becoming bitter and disillusioned when your more impractical ideas have led you into disappointment.

So, the Question is: Are They Connected?

Well, in my humble opinion, the answer is “yes”. Lindbergh’s Sun is conjunct Columbus’ ‘fatal’ North Node. And Lindbergh’s South Node is conjunct Columbus’ ‘fatal’ Moon. (Lindbergh’s Jupiter, the point of an interactive Yod between the two charts, is also conjunct Columbus’ ‘fatal’ Neptune.) And, weirdly, Columbus’ ‘fatal’ Pluto is exactly conjunct Lindbergh’s Ascendant @ 8° Sagittarius, which is Antares, “The Watcher of the West”. I think that explains everything.

Curious: What Does Spiritual Awakening Look Like?

Joel Solomon Goldsmith (March 10, 1892 – June 17, 1964)

Christian Science is a very potent spiritual process. This man was introduced to it when his father was healed by a Christian Science practitioner in London.

Goldsmith’s stated that the “original unfoldment [] was given to me some time after 1909.” “[W]hen I was nineteen, whether it was the Voice or an impression, Something within me said, ‘Find the man Jesus, and you will have the secret of life.’ That was a strange thing to say to me because I knew nothing of Jesus Christ beyond the name and that Christmas was a holiday celebrating his birth.”

Goldsmith recounted, “Thus the search began: Where is God? What is God? How do we bring God into our experience? Eventually, late in 1928, the Experience took place, that first God-experience. […] an experience that could not be described. Whereas in one moment I was like every other human being, in the next moment my body was well, and many undesirable human habits were gone. I found that a healing power was present and that I was on the threshold of a whole new life. The old life was dead; a new one had begun […].

Goldsmith described the Experience in greater detail elsewhere. “I was taken sick in the city of Detroit, went to a building that was filled with Christian Science practitioners, found the name of a practitioner on the board, went up to the man’s office, and asked him to help me. He told me that it was Saturday and that he didn’t take patients on Saturdays. That day he always spent in meditation and prayer.” Goldsmith convinced the practitioner to allow him to sit with him. “He talked to me about the Bible; he talked to me of truth. Long before the two hours were up, I was healed of that cold, and when I went out on the street I found I couldn’t smoke any more. When eating my dinner I found I couldn’t drink any more. The following week I found I couldn’t play cards any more, and I also found that I couldn’t go to the horse races any more. And the businessman had died.” He noted that soon after, people began approaching him for healing.

Spiritual Awakening (Wikipedia)

The Experience of the old life dying and a new life being born happened when he was 36 years old.

I knew I could rectify Joel Goldsmith’s birth chart if there was something special about his planetary configurations. Ha! That Neptune/Pluto conjunction @ 6° Gemini will do very nicely. I set this aspect to occur at age 19, as suggested by his memoirs, but I also could have set it for age 36 and the aspects would have remained the same. The double inconjunct to Uranus ‘proves’ the event.

Uranus Inconjunct Neptune (1893-1896 and 1924-1927)

This aspect indicates a generation that had mixed feelings about its ideals and how to implement them. They often felt very confused about their ideals, and when they found that their ideals failed because they were badly formulated, this group became disillusioned. States of consciousness beyond the ordinary are very confusing to them, and they prefer not to get involved with such matters.

Uranus Inconjunct Pluto (1892-1894 and 1911-1913)

This aspect indicates changes in the world of the people who were born at these times, changes that were difficult to understand because they were very revolutionary but subtle in many ways. The people born during the first period experienced the consequences of these changes through having to fight in the First World War. The second group reached maturity at the time of the Great Depression. Both the First World War and the Depression were expressions of the breakdown of the nineteenth-century world order that was dominated by Western Europe.

But there is one other inconjunct, which cannot be ignored.

Venus Inconjunct Saturn (perhaps yes, perhaps no)

You need and want love, but you may not be able to get it easily. You may feel that your parents, teachers or other persons in authority makes demands on you that you must fulfill before they will give you any love and support. If this demand is carried to an extreme, you will become cold-hearted and unable to love others even when you want to. You may also feel that you cannot indulge yourself in any pleasure or even love. When you are older, you may feel that duty and ambition must come before love and human relationships. Unfortunately, if you follow that path, you will become very lonely, and when you realize that you belong to no one and nothing, you will go through a spiritual crisis.

Now, that’s what I call a life-long process. But, like Tina Turner, he overcame all of his challenges.

whether?

.

But, before we become too complacent about his becoming spiritual perfection, remember that no one is perfect, as can be seen even on the day of Goldsmith’s death. Uranus and Pluto are (widely) conjunct, both in opposition to Saturn. And two inconjuncts reformed into new aspects: Moon and Saturn; Mercury and Neptune. Obviously, these aspects will be the new challenges for his next incarnation.

Amen.

Another Revolutionary Returns as a 3rd Party Candidate

Charles Thomson (November 29, 1729 – August 16, 1824)

I’ve got to hand it to the author of “Return of the Revolutionaries”, he wouldn’t give up on trying to identify past lives of famous people even when it took him more than seven years. Ahtum Re finally told him to look for a Thomson, or a Thomason. He finally found Charles Thomson in a library book.

After going through a hundred books or so without success, my hopes began to dim. Suddenly, in a large text, which most likely hadn’t been opened in years, I saw the name of Charles Thomson in the index, with a portrait also identified by a page number. Could this be what I was looking for? As I turned to the page with the portrait, I saw Ralph Nader’s face, with his distinctive eyebrows and the sharp vertical line on one side, symmetrically reflected in the face of Charles Thomson.

In a subsequent session with Kevin Ryerson, Ahtun Re confirmed that Ralph Nader was Charles Thomson in the Revolutionary Era.

Semkiw, Walter. Return of the Revolutionaries (p. 402). Hampton Roads Publishing. Kindle Edition.

.

I have randomized this birth chart, so we cannot really rely on the placement of the Moon, the Ascendant or the Midheaven. However, there were no obvious inconjuncts, so what we see is what we get: Mercury/Uranus exactly conjunct, and Jupiter/South Node (almost) exactly conjunct.

The 12 noon death chart raises two interactive inconjuncts, one pointing at Mars from Saturn and Pluto, and the other pointing at Saturn from Mars and Neptune. These may be important later.

Ralph Nader (February 27, 1934)

They do look similar, don’t they? Everyone knows who Ralph Nader is. I don’t remember doing his chart before now, but it was already on my computer program.

Ralph Nader’s birth chart has four inconjuncts: Moon and Mars; Mercury and Jupiter; Saturn and Pluto; and Uranus and the Midheaven. So, somewhere over the intervening years between these two incarnations, Nader has become more complicated. But is it real?

The biggest clue? Their natal Moon positions are within 2°. And Nader’s natal Venus is conjunct Thomson’s natal North Node, while Nader’s Part of Fortune is (almost) exactly conjunct Thomson’s ‘fatal’ South Node. So, yes, these two are definitely connected over time.

What’s Love Got to Do with It? Everything

Tina Turner (born Anna Mae Bullock) (November 26, 1939 – May 23, 2013)

Then and now

Tina Turner was a titan of rock ‘n’ roll. She was also a survivor of domestic abuse. That probably made her a better person in so many ways. Her most famous song is in today’s title. She said the word, “Everything” in answer to the question in an interview years ago. That somehow makes it all right.

Her birth chart has two inconjuncts. Maybe their descriptions will help us to understand her better.

Mars Inconjunct Pluto

You have a strong will and always want to have your own way. But very often it seems as if tremendous forces are working to prevent you from getting what you want. If you have this problem, it is because of the way you go about trying to achieve your ends. If you put too much force into your desire to get something, you may unknowingly alienate people because your aggressive manner shows that you will let nothing stop you from getting what you want. Even if that isn’t the way you really feel about it, you should recognize that your forcefulness creates this impression.

On the other hand, this aspect sometimes means that you are the victim of such energies in someone else, that you always seem to attract forceful persons who give you a hard time. Either they never let you have your own way, or they may be rather brutal, physically and psychologically. Learn tp recognize such persons in advance and avoid them. Also think about why you are attracted to them, since in fact you may be quite fascinated by their forcefulness.

At certain times in your life, when there are great changes taking place within you and in your environment, you will have to work very hard to make your affairs turn out right. There is nothing to be done at those times except do the work that must be done. Fortunately you have plenty of energy and enough endurance to pull through anything that you will encounter in life. You are basically tough and persistent. These changes are an integral part of your growth, and even if everything seems to go wrong they are necessary for your full development.

Saturn Inconjunct Neptune

This aspect can have a variety of effects, one of which may be difficulty in relating fantasy and imagination, on one hand, to reality, duty, obligation and work, on the other. Usually the reality, duty and work aspect of the combination is dominant, at least at first. Your imaginative side tends to be transformed into nervousness, fear and irrational anxieties. The most negative manifestation of this aspect is a feeling that you have to keep a tight lid on yourself and that if you look inside yourself too closely, you will find only emptiness and disintegration. It is difficult for you to realize that this is not the truth about your inner self.

See what I mean? She had to go through the trials and tribulations of her younger years in order to succeed. Growth is the reward for perseverance.

I set the clock for 10 am local time, to demonstrate how she faced her demons straight on (Mars Opposition Pluto) and overcame her fears. By the end, I suspect that she had no fear of death.

Turner sometimes referred to herself as a “Buddhist–Baptist”, alluding to her upbringing in the Baptist church where her father was a deacon and her later conversion to Buddhism as an adult. In a 2016 interview with Lion’s Roar magazine, she declared, “I consider myself a Buddhist.” The February 15, 1979, issue of Jet magazine featured Turner with her Buddhist altar on the cover. Turner has credited the Liturgy of Nichiren Daishonin and Soka Gakkai International for her introduction to spiritual knowledge.

Turner stated in her 1986 autobiography I, Tina that she was introduced to Nichiren Buddhism by Ike Turner’s friend Valerie Bishop, who taught her the chant nam-myōhō-renge-kyō in 1973. Turner later stated in her 2020 spiritual memoir Happiness Becomes You that her son, Ronnie Turner, first suggested she might benefit from chanting. Turner practiced Buddhism with her neighborhood Soka Gakkai International chanting group. After chanting, Turner noticed positive changes in her life which she attributed to her newfound spiritual practice. “I realized that I had within me everyone I needed to change my life for the better,” she said. During the hardest times of her life, Turner chanted four hours per day, and although in later life she no longer chanted as much, she still maintained a daily practice. Turner likened Buddhist chanting to singing: “…Nam-myoho-renge-kyo is like a song. In the Soka Gakkai tradition, we are taught how to sing it. It is a sound and a rhythm and it touches a place inside you. That place we try to reach is the subconscious mind. I believe that is the highest place…”. Dramatizations of Turner chanting were included both in the 1993 film What’s Love Got to Do with It and in the 2021 documentary film Tina.

Turner met with the 14th Dalai Lama Tenzin Gyatso in Einsiedeln, Switzerland, on August 2, 2005. She also met with Swiss-Tibetan Buddhist singer Dechen Shak-Dagsay and in 2009 co-created a spiritual music project with Shak-Dagsay and Swiss singer Regula Curti called Beyond.

Religion (from Wikipedia)

There are several remarkable links between Tina’s birth and death charts: for one thing, her North and South Nodes have flipped; her Neptune moved to the opposite side (conjunct her natal Jupiter); her ‘fatal’ Mars is conjunct her natal Pluto (and opposite her ‘fatal’ Pluto); while her natal Mars is conjunct her ‘fatal’ Saturn; and her natal Uranus returned to its original position. This is proof that she met her personal challenges head-on and conquered them all. This is a successful life well lived.

It’s only love, and that’s all!

An American Revolutionary Came Back to Finish the Job

Button Gwinnett (March 3, 1735 [OS] – May 19, 1777)

It’s a shame that I don’t know (in the present time) American history around the time of the Declaration of Independence. This man, Button Gwinnett, slipped completely under my radar for the time period.

There is one inconjunct in his birth chart, and it’s one that shouldn’t have surprised me.

Sun Inconjunct Pluto

There will be many changes in your life, and you will be affected by deep psychological forces that may be difficult to understand at times, as well as confusing to the people around you. You approach people with great intensity, and your emotional involvements are seldom casual. Either you like people very much or you dislike them intensely. Possibly your attitudes on other matters will be extreme also. One of the most important lessons that you will have to learn is to be more moderate.

By the time of his death, as the result of wounds from a duel, the inconjuncts doubled up, based on a noon death.

The conjunction between the Moon and Saturn (both inconjunct the Sun/Midheaven conjunction), would have been very emotional. Of course, no one wants to die, but sometimes ol’ Father Time has other plans for you…

Ross Perot (June 27, 1930 – July 9, 2019)

Ross Perot, as some of you may already know, was a third party Presidential candidate in two elections.

This time the inconjunct is between Venus and Saturn, so a whole new approach was decided upon:

Venus Inconjunct Saturn

This aspect means that your family may make you feel that you are unworthy of love. Unless you are given a great deal of love while you are young, you will be attracted to cold and unfeeling people when you are an adult. Such people are an outward expression of your inner feeling of unworthiness.

The day after I passed on the images of Lyman Hall, George Walton, and Button Gwinnett to Jo Streit, she excitedly called me reporting that she knew who Gwinnett was in contemporary times. Button Gwinnett, Jo related, reincarnated as Ross Perot. Jo’s assessment has been confirmed by Ahtun Re, as have the matches between Hall and Streit, and Walton and Bass. Button Gwinnett and Lyman Hall were great friends and allies in the Revolutionary Era.

Semkiw, Walter. Return of the Revolutionaries (p. 391). Hampton Roads Publishing. Kindle Edition.

May I remind you, the reader, that my purpose for doing these comparison charts is to attempt to prove that reincarnation exists with the use of astrology? I know it feels like I’m flogging a dead horse, at times, but the greater purpose is to leave a lasting legacy of actual cases.

I suppose the strongest ‘proof’ comes in the North and South Nodes flip-flopping between the individuals’ birth charts. And tied in with that inversion is Gwinnett’s ‘fatal’ Moon/Saturn conjunction.

I am not overlooking the fact that Perot’s Saturn (on his Descendant) is conjunct Gwinnett’s natal Jupiter. Gwinnett’s ‘fatal’ Pluto is now the point of a Yod from Perot’s Jupiter and Neptune inconjuncts. Plus, Perot’s Saturn is in an inconjunct of its own with Gwinnett’s ‘fatal’ Uranus and his natal Part of Fortune. And the one that makes these two connected as men of action: the position on Mars in their birth charts is a conjunction @ 18° Taurus.

Amen.

Doh! I Never Compared Diana’s Birth and Death Charts

Diana, Princess of Wales (July 1, 1961 – August 31, 1997)

As I was watching a YouTube video of Ellie Adams and Brandy Burrow dissecting Diana’s death, it suddenly occurred to me that I hadn’t finished the job that I’d set out to do in my book “At This Point in Time”.

There obviously are some very sensitive points in Diana’s birth chart that got triggered when she died.

The most dramatic involves a repeat of the Yod that points at her natal Jupiter (@ 5° Aquarius – the Peoples’ Princess). This time the natal Mercury and Pluto inconjuncts are pointing at her ‘fatal’ Uranus, while her ‘fatal’ Sun is inconjunct her natal Jupiter. Weird that! Diana’s natal Saturn is conjunct her ‘fatal’ Neptune, while her natal Neptune is conjunct her ‘fatal’ Mars. This truly was her ‘get out of jail free card’.

As I reported in my book, Diana’s last words were “Leave me alone.”

Sunday was My Wife’s Birthday

A Perfect Day

Just about the time the sun was setting, Roger, Susan’s son-in-law, put a YouTube video on so he could express how he felt about the day. His was the Lou Reed version, here’s the BBC’s.

Here’s the setting sun shot of taking photos of the end to a perfect day.

I Suppose: Once a Spy, Always a Spy

Comparing John Dee and “Ramsay” Birth Charts

It’s John Dee’s signature “for your eyes only” to his Queen (Elizabeth I). That’s where Ian Fleming got the “I”dea for James Bond’s licence to kill. But I want to be a bit serious now.

The interactive Yod between these two charts is based on a inconjunct of Ramsay’s Moon/Ascendant conjunction and his Neptune (conjunct Dee’s Uranus) pointing at Dee’s Ascendant (conjunct Ramsay’s Uranus). Their births are 373 years apart. Are they connected to each other? I think so, through me.

Hmm.

Was This Event Foretold by the Third Fatima Prophecy?

Pope John Paul II Shot (May 13, 1981)

You can’t get any more specific than this image. Supposedly, John Paul II thought that the attempt on his life was the 3rd Fatima prophecy. But was it?

The third part of the secret revealed at the Cova da Iria-Fátima, on 13 July 1917.
I write in obedience to you, my God, who command me to do so through his Excellency the Bishop of Leiria and through your Most Holy Mother and mine.
After the two parts which I have already explained, at the left of Our Lady and a little above, we saw an Angel with a flaming sword in his left hand; flashing, it gave out flames that looked as though they would set the world on fire; but they died out in contact with the splendour that Our Lady radiated towards him from her right hand: pointing to the earth with his right hand, the Angel cried out in a loud voice: ‘Penance, Penance, Penance!’. And we saw in an immense light that is God, something similar to how people appear in a mirror when they pass in front of it, a Bishop dressed in White. We had the impression that it was the Holy Father. Other Bishops, Priests, men and women Religious going up a steep mountain, at the top of which there was a big Cross of rough-hewn trunks as of a cork-tree with the bark; before reaching there the Holy Father passed through a big city half in ruins and half trembling with halting step, afflicted with pain and sorrow, he prayed for the souls of the corpses he met on his way; having reached the top of the mountain, on his knees at the foot of the big Cross he was killed by a group of soldiers who fired bullets and arrows at him, and in the same way there died one after another the other Bishops, Priests, men and women Religious, and various lay people of different ranks and positions. Beneath the two arms of the Cross there were two Angels each with a crystal aspersorium in his hand, in which they gathered up the blood of the Martyrs and with it sprinkled the souls that were making their way to God.

Tuy-3-1-1944

Wikipedia

I’m going to show you two charts. The first is of the day that “Our Lady” showed the three children the three prophecies. The second is the moment that John Paul II was shot.

Note that the double inconjunct from Uranus to the Sun/Mercury conjunction is quite evident (and would be for the whole day). I won’t delineate the aspects, since this is a spiritual event, and not a physical one. (I know, that’s not a very good excuse, but it’s one that I’m sticking with.)

This chart has a Yod linking Neptune and Pluto with the Sun. I thought that was significant. Otherwise, this is not a significant event (unless, of course, you’re the Pope). But combining the two charts yields a hidden message.

The Assassination Attempt’s Mars is conjunct the Fatima Secrets’ Moon (in Taurus). At the same time the Assassination Attempt’s Venus is conjunct the Fatima Secrets’ Jupiter (in Gemini). And the Midheaven in the Assassination Attempt’s chart is conjunct the Sun in the Fatima Secrets’ chart @ 2o° Cancer. Even Neptune in the Fatima Secret’s chart is connected to the North Node in the Assassination Attempt’s chart. But is that enough proof? No, I think it requires the ‘hidden’ hand, as it were:

Fatima Secrets’ Ascendant is in the Middle of the Assassination Attempt’s Moon and Jupiter

Now, that’s what I call ‘destiny’.
