Blowback from the snow blower.
They say that if you don’t learn from the past, you’ll be likely to repeat it in the future. (Notice that I didn’t actually use the word “mistakes”.) Remember when Germany annexed Austria before WWII?
Now, one could argue that those two countries were previously connected but forbidden to reunite after WWI. Also one could say that prior to the American Revolution, the only division was between New France and British North America (ignoring Spain and its possessions in the south). As some would say, our two countries have more in common than most, including our ‘nominal’ border.

Canada is in a state of flux, at the moment. Trudeau has resigned as Liberal Party leader, and, ipso facto, Prime Minister. Even Ontario is having a provincial election before the end of February. We are vulnerable, because there are no clear political leaders to effectively oppose Trump and his ‘bright idea’.
I’m not sure Canada’s constitution would even allow a referendum on unification with the USA. But Trump knows that tariffs would put Canadian industries, and, therefore the country, at a disadvantage.
Support for unification with Germany came mainly from the belief that Austria, stripped of its imperial land, was not viable economically.

A-ha, says I. Having studied Hitler, Trump seems to have learned his lessons well.

Before yesterday’s NFL Championship game, there was a lot of speculation that something was not quite right about it. Of course, because #47 was going to attend, there was a sense of foreboding that perhaps an assassination attempt might take place, but as one woman on an American news channel said, “This is the safest place in the whole world to be right now.”

The double T-square pointing at the Uranus/Midheaven conjunction in Taurus suggested that it was going to be a surprise: the Sun/Mercury conjunction in Aquarius, and the Leo Ascendant, in opposition to them, gave us three-quarters of the Evangelists of the Wheel of Fortune and the World Tarot cards. There are three inconjuncts: two pointing at the Moon (from the Sun and Mercury); one linking Saturn with the Ascendant. In a sense this means that the T-squares were modified by some hidden messages.
Sun Inconjunct Moon
This aspect suggests that there is a subtle conflict going on inside you that may sometimes create emotional problems. The Sun signifies your conscious personality, the way in which you act and the kinds of activities that you like to get involved in. The Moon signifies the emotional and less conscious side of you. It indicates the habits that take over when you are not acting consciously and feelings that come up from deep inside you. The inconjunct aspect between the Sun and Moon means that the Sun part of your personality is quite different from the Moon part, and it may be hard for you to relate them to each other. It is as if you are divided in two, so that whenever you have to make an important decision, especially one that involves your feelings, the different sides of your personality want to go in opposite directions. You sometimes find it difficult to decide if you like something or if you want to take part in some activity.

Moon Inconjunct Mercury
As you grow older, you will have to learn to make your feelings and your reason work together. The problem is not so much that they come into conflict with each other, but that your reason and feelings represent two very different sides of your personality. When you are calm and collected and able to reflect carefully, you make decisions in one way. But when you are emotionally involved in a situation, you are likely to make up your mind very differently, which could cause you to seem inconsistent to others and make it difficult for them to understand you.

On occasion this aspect indicates frail physical health, which can be corrected only by paying a great deal of attention to hygiene, personal health habits and proper diet. However, this aspect may also signify that you worry too much about your health. Try not to be so concerned about it unless a physician has diagnosed a definite problem.

Remember what I said about the Evangelists being 75% represented in the chart? Wikipedia says:
- Matthew the Evangelist, the author of the first gospel account, is symbolized by a winged man, or angel. Matthew’s gospel starts with Joseph’s genealogy from Abraham; it represents Jesus’s incarnation, and so Christ’s human nature. This signifies that Christians should use their reason for salvation. (Aquarius)
- Mark the Evangelist, the author of the second gospel account, is symbolized by a winged lion—a figure of courage and monarchy. The lion also represents Jesus’s resurrection (because lions were believed to sleep with open eyes, a comparison with Christ in the tomb), and Christ as king. This signifies that Christians should be courageous on the path of salvation. (Leo)
- Luke the Evangelist, the author of the third gospel account (and the Acts of the Apostles), is symbolized by a winged ox or bull—a figure of sacrifice, service, and strength. Luke’s account begins with the duties of Zechariah in the temple; it represents Jesus’s sacrifice in his Passion and Crucifixion, as well as Christ being high priest (this also represents Mary’s obedience). The ox signifies that Christians should be prepared to sacrifice themselves in following Christ. (Taurus)
- John the Evangelist, the author of the fourth gospel account, is symbolized by an eagle—a figure of the sky, and believed by Christian scholars to be able to look straight into the sun. John starts with an eternal overview of Jesus the Logos and goes on to describe many things with a “higher” christology than the other three (synoptic) gospels; it represents Jesus’s Ascension and Christ’s divine nature. This symbolizes that Christians should look on eternity without flinching as they journey towards their goal of union with God. (Scorpio)
So, just to be clear: the unrepresented sign of the four is Scorpio, symbolized by the, you guessed it,

His look is so different to his father that one cannot help but wonder…
Since he is now a public celebrity, I am going to look at his birth chart. Previously, when I was tempted to do so, I refrained because he was too young. In six week’s time he will be 19.

This birth time is considered ‘good’. A couple of aspects stand out as significant: there is a Grand Trine linking the Sun, the Moon and Saturn; and Mercury and Uranus are conjunct his Pisces Ascendant, while Venus is conjunct Neptune, all of which are in the 12th House (of the Unconscious). There is one inconjunct.
Mars Inconjunct Jupiter
With this aspect you probably are quite active, with abundant energy for anything you want to do. But you must learn to control your energies rather than have them control you. You may be inclined to take excessive risks, to try out things that you are not sure you can do. But be careful, because with this aspect the energies of Mars and Jupiter do not work very smoothly together. If you overextend yourself and try to do more than you are physically capable of, you may have an accident. Also you may be clumsy when you take up a new activity until you learn to control your physical body better.
Planets in Youth (page 228) by Robert Hand (1977)
When you are very tall, and quite slender, this warning may be quite accurate.
Their looks are similar, quite unlike his father, Donald, and his paternal grandfather, Fred. It was the nagging thought that wouldn’t go away; has John returned as Barron?

At first glance, I would say “yes” but some of the connections are more tenuous than others. For instance, Barron’s South Node is within 5° of John’s natal Ascendant (in Libra). But John’s birth time was randomized, which brings that connection into question. Barron’s Sun, however, is conjunct both John’s natal Saturn and his ‘fatal’ Moon. I suppose the interactive Yod, pointing at Barron’s Saturn (representing his father), formed by the inconjuncts to John’s ‘fatal’ Neptune and John’s triple ‘fatal’ conjunction of the Sun, Mercury and Midheaven has me wondering if Fred had made a promise to himself to look after Donald in the future. Nothing is beyond the realms of possibility.

Hmm.

In response, he told them that in the final 15 years of Nikola Tesla’s life, he was only theorizing about philosophical matters, so they needn’t worry. But then the papers disappeared. What happened to them?
Are we about to hear about Tesla’s ‘free energy’ ideas? A post on the Tesla Universe page quoting his free energy documents lists a letter that Tesla supposedly wrote to his friend Luka, discussing a Century article written by him. Unfortunately, the letter is dated June 10, 1902, five years before Tesla’s birth. Hmm.

This chart is randomized. Still, it is revealing, is it not? Mars conjunct Uranus is the ‘lightning strike’. The Moon exactly opposite Jupiter is also an eye-opener. But the two inconjuncts show us what’s hidden.
Sun Inconjunct Saturn
You may feel that persons, forces or circumstances are conspiring to prevent you from doing what you want. You may be limited by fear or by the belief that you don’t deserve to get what you want.
Sometimes you may be afraid to get the freedom to do what you want, for the rigid structure and rules that you are forced to live under seem to give you a feeling of security. At the same time, however, part of you does want to be free.

Mercury Inconjunct Uranus
You are quite inventive. You can see solutions to problems quicker than most, and you may be good at designing. Model building and other activities that develop your design sense and ability to see in three dimensions would be very useful. Also these exercises would help you learn to concentrate.

A lot of astrologers are noting that Chiron makes an exact return to 20° Gemini 08′ @ 5:21 am EST, the position it held when the Declaration of Independence was signed on July 4, 1776. This is significant.
Previously, Chiron (in retrograde) hit this same spot on November 7, 2024, just after the re-election of Donald J. Trump as President. Some are wondering if the direct motion will undo the damage done by that previous placement. I’m wondering that, too.
Admittedly, there is a lot wrong with the United States these days. Trump seems to be trying to cut out the rot in his first 100 days, this time. As I’ve noted previously, America is acting like the Roman Empire in its death throes. To be honest, this happens to every ‘kingdom’ that exists.
Was Trump sent by the Universe to ‘heal’ America?

Hmm.

My Norwegian friend, Christina, sent me a message yesterday wondering if I had seen anything in the astrology charts lately about some “Creation Point” conjunction between Saturn and Neptune @ 0° Aries. Now, I usually try not to go too far into the future, if I can help it, since it’s almost impossible to accurately predict how a certain configuration of planets could affect us. She had seen a YouTube video from Pam Gregory which breathlessly expressed excitement for the next couple of years.
Well, I know it’s an astrologer’s job to warn of upcoming events but sometimes turning that into click-bait cheapens it, at least for me. Evidently, the last time Saturn and Neptune were exactly conjunct in Aries (this time @ 11°) the date was March 17, 1703 (O.S.) in the middle of the Age of Enlightenment.
The Age of Enlightenment, sometimes called the Age of Reason, refers to the time of the guiding intellectual movement, called The Enlightenment. It covers about a century and a half in Europe, beginning with the publication of Francis Bacon’s Novum Organum (1620) and ending with Immanuel Kant’s Critique of Pure Reason (1781). From the perspective of socio-political phenomena, the period is considered to have begun with the close of the Thirty Years’ War (1648) and ended with the French Revolution (1789).
See what I mean?

It seems that what goes around, comes around again. Hence the title of this post.

Well, I stand corrected. Yes, he was a mental patient when he died, but it took a shawl found at the scene of the crime of one of the murders to point us in the right direction.
Do you want to see his randomized birth chart?

Because his time of birth is unknown, this time provides a snapshot, but cannot be a definitive overview.
Mercury Inconjunct Neptune
The challenge of this aspect is to make your thinking and communication with others more clear. Your rational mind is strongly influenced by your sensitivity, imagination and ideals, although you aren’t always sure how this happens. You tend to spend too much time in your own imaginary world that no one else can share, and this confuses your dealings with others. You will have to learn to face reality, so that you can at least communicate with people. Otherwise you will have a very lonely life.
