I found a quarter today. It’s a hint from the ‘other side’ that I’m on the right track. In the past, I found pennies, nickels and dimes, hardly ever any quarters. So, I think this is someone ‘new’.
Yesterday, when I wrote about connecting the dots re: John Frederick Parker, I was aware that my Venus and the year 1855 has an echo in my friend’s birth chart: Mars and the same year.
Because the records for his wife are so scant, I have to take any on-line proof as ‘real’. His wife’s full maiden name was Mary Columbia America Maus. What a mouthful! She was born sometime in 1828 and died in 1904. The ‘findagrave’ website lists the death date as January 1st. Really? I didn’t think that was very likely, and then I realized there is a entry for both Mary and John on ancestry.au. That means they are in someone’s family tree. Okay, let’s see…
Mary C.A. Maus Parker (1828 – January 1, 1904)
Oops, I’ve reversed the initials, and, as I don’t know the time of death, I have set the clock for 12 noon. Still, something interesting came of it. But will it hold up under scrutiny when compared with Kate’s birth chart?
And, *surprise! surprise!* against all odds, it does. Looking at the strongest connections, I think we have proof that Kate is the reincarnation of Mary from that life.
Kate’s Jupiter is conjunct Mary’s ‘fatal’ Venus in Scorpio; Kate’s Neptune in Libra is opposite Mary’ ‘fatal’ Ascendant in Aries. Kate’s Mars/Sun/Mercury is an echo of Mary’s ‘fatal’ Saturn and Mars in Aquarius, which, in turn are both opposite Kate’s Saturn/Pluto conjunction in Leo. Mary’s ‘fatal’ Moon/Pluto conjunction in Gemini is conjunct Kate’s Uranus. Even Kate’s Venus is conjunct Mary’s ‘fatal’ Uranus in Sagittarius. I think you get the picture…
This truism struck me as totally apt, yesterday: oh, I’ve thought this many times before, but the discoveries I unearthed recently have made me remember this quote. It is especially true when you look around and see the faces of friends and family looking back at you. Who are you all?
Why do we forget?
At the present, I am trying to match Mary Todd Lincoln to a modern version of her energy. This is proving harder that I expected. Her ‘craziness’, her lunacy, her manic-depression is so much more prevalent today than it was in the mid-19th century. One of a number of extended family members could qualify for the role, but narrowing down the choice is proving quite difficult.
And, in case you’re asking, I have the birth details of most everyone who has become important in my life. So, that’s a lot of people to choose from.
I guess, just like it always happens, I’ll have to wait until I’m actually shown who the person is.
Ever since I first read about Parker and his ‘mistake’ in being AWOL at Ford’s Theatre the night President Abraham Lincoln was assassinated by John Wilkes Booth, I have had the sneaky impression that he may have been one of my past lives. But I could never pin down why I should have that feeling. Until now.
Looking at potential reincarnations of Lincoln and his son “Tad” I re-examined Parker’s life. And there it was in black and white (print): Parker married his wife Mary America Maus on July 16h, 1855. And because Venus in a man’s birth chart is a sign of his getting married to ‘the love of his life’, I can now put to bed this missing life for 1855, as referenced in “As Above, So Below”
Combined Birth and Death Charts.
Joint Moon in Scorpio, my Neptune, his ‘fatal’ Ascendant in Libra, joint Jupiter in Aquarius, and his ‘fatal’ South Node conjunct my Ascendant. It fits the reincarnational pattern I’ve researched.
I especially appreciate that his ‘fatal’ Venus is widely conjunct my Pluto in Leo.
Our Combined Birth Charts
Do you see that Part of Fortune of his birth chart being conjunct my Ascendant in Sagittarius? Wow. And the rest of the connections are just as important: his Saturn is conjunct my Pluto; my Moon is conjunct his Midheaven; his North Node is midway between my Part of Fortune and Saturn conjunction; my North Node is conjunct his Venus and Pluto conjunction; and his Uranus is halfway between my wide Venus and Jupiter conjunction in Aquarius. Finally, my Mercury is conjunct his Neptune in Capricorn and widely conjunct his Jupiter/Ascendant.
We are one and the same.
So, if you’re pay attention, Mr. President, I just want to say how sorry I am that my mistake cost you your precious life. Can you ever forgive me?

Minor figures in history have an important place in family dynamics. Sons of U.S. Presidents are fair game. But whether this is true or not remains to be seen. I’m hedging my bets.
Tad’s chart is rectified (by me) to show his father being assassinated when Tad was just 12 years old. In fact, he was at a different theatre watching a children’s play the night John Wilkes Booth shot Abraham Lincoln at Ford’s Theatre. His words after his father’s death ring in my ears:
Pa is dead. I can hardly believe that I shall never see him again. I must learn to take care of myself now. Yes, Pa is dead, and I am only Tad Lincoln now, little Tad, like other little boys. I am not a president’s son now. I won’t have many presents anymore. Well, I will try and be a good boy, and will hope to go someday to Pa and brother Willie, in Heaven.
That Yod, pointing at the Midheaven, speaks volumes to me (based on inconjuncts from the Moon and Uranus). And the Saturn inconjunct Ascendant shows how devastating his father’s death was to this young lad.
Moon Inconjunct Midheaven
With this aspect you must learn to make your emotional needs and desires for pleasure fit in with your growth and development in the world. It is possible that these problems could make it difficult for you to choose a profession or a course that would give your life a sense of purpose. Or you may be unable to follow one path consistently. In other words, your emotional needs may be in conflict with your long-range goals. You may know what you have to do, but not feel much like doing it. Or your feelings may actually color your perception so much that you really do not see what has to be done. Try not to form bad habits, because they are especially likely to create difficulties of this sort.
You need to feel that your family, especially your parents, give you consistent and reliable emotional guidance and support. Without it, you may easily feel that you are being pulled in two directions, which can only result in going nowhere.
Uranus Inconjunct Midheaven
When you feel rebellious and unwilling to accept anything you are told, you should be allowed, within reason, to have the experience that will help you understand your elders’ point of view. If you are lucky enough to have parents who let you do this, you will eventually get over your childhood resentment of being told what to do. Although you may not always agree with what they tell you, at least you will consider the merits of their ideas.
Saturn Inconjunct Ascendant
You need to be encouraged to believe in yourself and to recognize your personal strength. You have to be helped to realize that you as an individual are worth a lot and that you need to get some satisfaction from life as much as the next person does.
On occasion this aspect indicates frail physical health, which can be corrected only by paying a great deal of attention to hygiene, personal health habits and proper diet. However, this aspect may also signify that you worry too much about your health. Try not to be too concerned about it unless a physician has diagnosed a definite problem.
You may find it rather difficult to express yourself to other people. This is another expression of your lack of self-confidence, which will change if you get positive emotional support from the people around you.
On Saturday morning, July 15, 1871, Lincoln died at the age of 18 at the Clifton House hotel in Chicago. The cause of death has been variously referred to as tuberculosis, a pleuristic attack, pneumonia, or congestive heart failure. In an obituary, John Hay affectionately referred to him as “Little Tad.”
Even though the Wikipedia page refers to Tad dying in the morning, I have set the clock at noon. The closest planet to the event horizon is Mars at 14 degrees Libra. An inconjunct links Pluto and the Ascendant. This looks ‘real’.
Tad Lincoln is the boy who never grew old, just like Peter Pan.
Abraham Lincoln (February 12, 1809 – April 15, 1865)
It’s a question I’ve had ever since I watched the Daniel Day-Lewis film “Lincoln”. His relationship with Mary Todd (played superbly by Sally Field) was always problematic, and yet he never gave up on her.
In 1865, as the American Civil War winds inexorably toward conclusion, U.S. president Abraham Lincoln endeavors to achieve passage of the landmark constitutional amendment which will forever ban slavery from the United States. However, his task is a race against time, for peace may come at any time, and if it comes before the amendment is passed, the returning southern states will stop it before it can become law. Lincoln must, by almost any means possible, obtain enough votes from a recalcitrant Congress before peace arrives and it is too late. Yet the president is torn, as an early peace would save thousands of lives. As the nation confronts its conscience over the freedom of its entire population, Lincoln faces his own crisis of conscience — end slavery or end the war.
Storyline from IMDb
This chart was already on my Kepler 7.0 program. It looks to have already been rectified by the placement of the Moon in Aquarius representing the loss of his mother when he was 9 years old. There is an interactive Yod pointing to Uranus while another is pointing at Venus.
Venus Inconjunct Uranus
You feel mixed up about whether you want to be close to others or be free. When you are really close to a loved one, you feel smothered and want to get away by yourself to do what you want. But when you are alone and free to do what you want, you miss your loved ones and want to be with them. It will take you several years to understand yourself enough so that you can strike a balance between these two needs, so be patient.
Your uncertainty about love and freedom will be even greater if one of your parents doesn’t seem to really love you steadily, if you feel you cannot count on that parent when you need help. This would make you feel that love is somehow unreliable, that you cannot depend on anyone who loves you. As a result, you won’t permit anyone to depend on your either.
This belief may make you irresponsible in relationships, so that you won’t fulfill people’s expectations even when you have agreed to do so. Don’t promise love that you cannot deliver. While you are young this is not a great problem, but when you are older, you will hurt your partner in a relationship by not being dependable or by not being honest about your dependability. You may tell yourself that you want a steady love relationship, but then go after someone whom you know intuitively will not be reliable. But if you are honest about your need for freedom, this will not happen.
Venus Inconjunct Ascendant
You often feel that you haven’t any right to ask much of those whom you love. You feel that you must do favors for them instead of asking for their help. For you, love is an act of service, not self-gratification. Also, through relationships with others, you try to learn about your own and other people’s inner workings. For this reason your relationships are more deep and profound than most people’s. But they are somewhat difficult, too.
Uranus Inconjunct Midheaven
You need to express your thoughts and feelings, but you often upset the people around you with your words. You seem to enjoy creating a stir every time you say something, but this can get you into quite a bit of trouble with parents, teachers and other authority figures. The underlying principle of this aspect is the need to balance your individual self-expression and manner of communicating with your need to learn and grow under the guidance of older people.
Mary Todd Lincoln (December 13, 1818 – July 16, 1882)
There has been all kinds of nasty rumour and speculation about the mental state of the 16th President’s First Lady. In today’s parlance she would be understood as someone who was bipolar, a manic depressive who was a shopaholic. When her husband died, she was $38,000 in debt (about a half million dollars in today’s money). She got taken advantage of when she tried to sell her ballgowns and family correspondence. She was made a laughing-stock of…
Again, this chart was already on my computer program. I won’t correct it because the main issue is highlighted by the placement of the Moon (12th House conjunct to Cancer Rising).
Moon in the Twelfth House
You are rather unwilling to talk about your feelings with others, because you feel that they won’t understand you or won’t think well of you. Often you feel that no one should see the real you, but that is not true. You are perfectly all right inside, and your only real problem is that you don’t realize it. You may think that your emotions keep you from being what you want to be, but again that is because you won’t accept yourself as you really are.
You have a great need for emotional security, but you often feel you won’t get it. You feel strongly that the people you depend on will let you down when you need them most, whether or not this is true. But even though it is difficult for you to trust people on an emotional level, you do like to help others. You may pretend that you are not really generous and helpful, but in fact you are. You are very sensitive and can put yourself in someone else’s position quite easily, and when you know how someone feels, you are not willing to hurt them. You go out of your way to avoid unpleasant emotional scenes.
Often this position means that you like to fantasize and daydream. The world inside your head is very large and interesting, and you may prefer to spend all your time there instead of in the outside world where everyone else is.
Moon Conjunct Ascendant
You make an impression on others largely through your emotions. People always know how you feel about something, because you make no effort to hide it. Some may accuse you of wearing your heart on your sleeve, but most people will like you for it. You have the kind of honesty that others appreciate. This aspect means that you understand how people feel, and you can make them see your point of view. You sympathize with others, and in turn they are sympathetic to you. When you are older, you will be able to appeal to the feelings of the public at large, who will feel that you are one of them. Politicians, salespeople and others who appear before the public often have this aspect in their charts.
When looking at a couple’s combined charts, I try to see if there are any points of connection. Well, of course there are between Abe and Mary, and the one that stands out as the most important is that Abe’s Jupiter is conjunct Mary’s Pluto/Midheaven conjunction. The second significant connection is Mary’s Saturn is conjunct Abe’s Mercury on his Descendant. (And let’s not forget his Mars being conjunct her South Node: they reincarnated together.)
So, what have we learned in that year? China didn’t want to admit that something had gone ‘wrong’ in Wuhan and tried to keep a lid on the news. Unfortunately, they couldn’t keep a lid on the virus. As a result, the whole world turned into a voluntary prison camp.
Now, the favourite phrase in the MSM is “There’s light at the end of the tunnel.” Really?
That’s what people see when they have a Near Death Experience.
And now everyone’s in a hurry to get the vaccine (whichever version is available) so that we can all get back to normal. What is normal, anymore?
In the film “Mary Queen of Scots”, this minister was played by David Tennant. It was as if the firebrand was allowed to vent his venomous speech at the shameless goings-on in the modern era. (I can only imagine how upset he would be, if he were alive today.)
I wish I could share his birth chart with you, but alas his birth date is not known. However, his peaceful death date is known, and I’ve set the clock for noon, just to capture the mood of the day.
As ‘luck’ would have it, there is an obvious Yod pointing at Neptune, completely independent of the time of day. Let’s explore that, shall we? (The other two inconjuncts are less significant, in my opinion.)
Mercury Inconjunct Neptune
The challenge of this aspect is to make your thinking and communication with others more clear. Your rational mind is strongly influenced by your sensitivity, imagination and ideals, although you aren’t always sure how this happens. You tend to spend too much time in your own imaginary world that no one else can share, and this confuses your dealings with others. You will have to learn to face reality, so that you can at least communicate with people. Otherwise you will have a very lonely life.
Mars Inconjunct Neptune
With this aspect you must learn to stand up for yourself and demand your rights forthrightly and directly. Often you feel that you don’t have enough energy to assert yourself or that any such effort would be futile. Unfortunately, some people with this energy learn to work behind the scenes or dishonestly. Others simply give up or take a defeatist attitude toward life.
You should get regular exercise to build up your body. Watch your diet carefully and get enough sleep. Stay away from any foods that your body does not handle well.
Advice to His Future Self
You may wonder why I would delineate the inconjunct aspects for a man on his death bed. Isn’t it obvious? He was imprinting a message for his reincarnated being. (A belief in reincarnation is not required: it will happen whether you want it or not.)
Take this stained glass image, for example:
This looks like ‘just’ an image from the past. But what if I told you that I witnessed in this present life a similar set up? (But I won’t share the details here, due to privacy concerns.) Needless to say, it’s “interesting”.
One last thing, on Knox’ passing he wanted the Bible read to him (by his young wife, no less): the passage? Probably 1 Corinthians 13…now, how would I know that?
The author of this book contends that most of the books of the New Testament are forgeries. That’s not really a surprise, unless you are a fundamentalist Christian and believe that the Bible is the “Word of God”. The ‘truth’ may be that false narratives could have been written down in order to ‘prove’ that Jesus was the long-awaited Messiah of the Jews. As we have seen previously, the Gospels, for example, may have been Roman fabrications to persuade the reluctant Jews (and their Christian offshoots) to secretly worship Titus as their Lord and Saviour. The ‘best solution’ to ward off rebellion was to have scriptures that told them to be good Roman citizens. “Love the Lord thy God with all thy heart … and treat thy neighbour as thyself” (the Golden Rule). They never intended that this new religion should succeed.
Even now, I am reluctant to throw the baby (Jesus) out with the bath water, since Edgar Cayce’s Source has confirmed many ‘truths’ about Jesus’ existence. Take, for example, this discussion point about Mary:
One of the chief questions driving this narrative [the Proto-Gospel of James] concerns Mary’s suitability for her role as the mother of the Son of God. Surely Jesus’s mother was no ordinary person! And in this story, Mary is anything but ordinary. Her own birth is miraculous. Her mother, Anna, is barren, but miraculously conceives as a result of her prayers and the prayers of her husband, the wealthy aristocratic Jew Joiachim. As a young child Mary is inordinately special. Devoted to God from birth, she is taken by her parents to the holy Jewish Temple as a three-year-old and is raised there by the priests, who do not need even to feed her, since she receives her daily food from the hand of an angel.
When she is about to reach puberty, Mary can no longer remain in the Temple, presumably because menstruation was thought to bring ritual impurity. So the priests gather to decide how to find her a husband. Instructed by God, they have all the unmarried men of Israel come together, each of them bringing a wooden rod. The high priest gathers all the rods and takes them into the sanctuary. The next day he redistributes them to each man, and a great sign appears. A dove emerges from Joseph’s rod, flies around, and lands on Joseph’s head. He is thus the one chosen to take the young Mary as wife.
Forged (pp. 234-235). HarperOne. Kindle Edition.
This passage seems to follow almost exactly what Edgar Cayce’s Source suggested about Mary in one of the many readings that were taken down in the early stages of the 20th century. How can that be? Is the Source making up stories, too? Or is he/she/it quoting from this document? What’s a person to believe?
Discernment is a two-way street. If something cannot be ‘proven’, one must accept it ‘on faith’.
Have we been hoodwinked for almost two thousand years? It certainly seems that way.
This post is a direct result of a comment on one of my recent posts: the comment was about the reincarnation of people who died during WWII. That would be about 75 million people (about 3% of the world’s population at the time). The comment was focused on the Holocaust (6 million Jews) and who they answer to in their new lives. The idea’s bit twisted, in my opinion, but nevertheless interesting.
Sometimes, from inside a generation, it is impossible to view your fellow members with objectivity. We are a vocal group of humans who have been shouting the odds since we were old enough to go to school. Have you ever wondered why? Only reincarnation, as an explanation, makes total sense.
List the accomplishments of our generation, and at the top will be peace marches, counter-culture and drug usage. The Vietnam War became a world-wide target for protest. Civil Rights became another rallying cry. Birth control was on our minds, and abortion became a mother’s right. No wonder our parents despaired of our ever growing up. And then, we turned to spirituality and Eastern religions.
In the 70+ years that I have been alive, we have seen how the world really works, and we have been (not so) quietly trying to wake the other generations up. So far, so good (at least in our own humble opinion).
And, even during this pandemic, our generation will probably be the one that outlives every other generation (in longevity). Do you doubt it? We don’t. We already died in WWII, but we’re still alive.
I was a highwayman Along the coach roads, I did ride With sword and pistol by my side Many a young maid lost her baubles to my trade Many a soldier shed his lifeblood on my blade The bastards hung me in the spring of twenty-five But I am still alive
I was a sailor I was born upon the tide And with the sea, I did abide I sailed a schooner round the Horn to Mexico I went aloft and furled the mainsail in a blow And when the yards broke off they said that I got killed But I am living still
I was a dam builder Across the river deep and wide Where steel and water did collide A place called Boulder on the wild Colorado I slipped and fell into the wet concrete below They buried me in that great tomb that knows no sound But I am still around I’ll always be around and around and around and around and around and around
I fly a starship Across the Universe divide And when I reach the other side I’ll find a place to rest my spirit if I can Perhaps I may become a highwayman again Or I may simply be a single drop of rain But I will remain I’ll be back again and again and again and again and again and again
