The Body was Weak, but His Mind was Strong

Stephen Hawking (January 8, 1942 – March 14, 2018)

When he was 20, Stephen Hawking met his future wife, Jane. When he was 21, he was diagnosed with ALS (also know as Lou Gehrig’s disease). Despite his prospects of poor health, eventually leading to his death, he and Jane married when he was 23. Most everyone knows the rest of his remarkable story.

Using that marker of marrying Jane when he was 23, I have rectified his chart, so that Venus is on his Descendant. (This goes against perceived wisdom of his being born at 2:29 am, or 10:08 am.)

The three inconjuncts that appear with this time frame (of 8 pm) perhaps are too dependent on it, so we cannot take it as read that the timing is correct, but it does provide an interesting reason for the auto immune disease: Moon/Neptune conjunct, both inconjunct to Mars. (Also the Sun is inconjunct to the Ascendant.).These were the (potential) lessons he had to overcome. I will only focus on one of them.

Mars Inconjunct Neptune

With this aspect you must learn to stand up for yourself and demand your rights forthrightly and directly. Often you feel that you don’t have enough energy to assert yourself or that any such effort would be futile. Unfortunately, some people with this aspect learn to work behind the scenes or dishonestly. Others simply give up or take a defeatist attitude toward life.

Sometimes this aspect operates on the physical plane as well. You may have a generally low energy level and feel tired all the time but not able to sleep because of nervousness. You may actually need more sleep than others, and if so, you should try to get it. This aspect may also indicate that you tend to have allergies and infections.

As you can imagine, this disease had a very detrimental effect on his body, but his mind was as sharp as a tack. I suspect the position of Pluto (opposite Mercury) in the 12th House (of the Unconscious) would have been instrumental in the pursuit of his astrophysics career. At any rate he lived to the age of 76.

There Really is Nothing New Happening Here

Pro-Palestinian Protests on American and Canadian University Campuses

That’s the thing about student protests: they have the best of intentions and they garner a lot of media coverage, but they really don’t provide tangible results. There is a genocide happening in Gaza and the students think their universities are providing support for Israel. If that money was stopped would Israel stop? That’s doubtful.

On Campus

We found an exotic mixture of West and Middle East along the shaded walks of the beautiful university. Some students were wearing head-coverings, Arab-style, to indicate where their allegiance was. The vision was not quite like Lawrence of Arabia galloping across endless stretches of white sand, but the effect was striking.

Tables were everywhere around the Student Union. We were deluged with printed materials concerning the rightness of the Arab cause against Israel and their determination to liberate Palestine.

In a short while we were supplied with documents which substantiated the alliance between the Arabs and the Russians, a bond both present and actual, but also a fact which was prophesied approximately 2600 years ago!

The purpose of “Arab Week” at the university was to rally support for the Palestinian Revolution. According to the literature which was being distributed, “the Palestine Revolution draws moral support from the revolutionary movements of the world. The Arab student movement has given the revolution their total support. Arab intellectuals, joined by many world-thinkers have given their support.”

This “revolutionary movement” is part of the Communist movement which has supported “wars of liberation” in countries around the world.

From the standpoint of this study of alliances which make up the King of the South we saw a valuable link in the alignment of several black African nations with the Arabs in their determined plan to “liberate” Palestine from Israel. This is another confirmation of prophecy as we have seen from Old Testament prophets.

Remember what I said about Jupiter and Uranus being conjunct in Taurus? Notice how this ‘revolution’ has taken off since Saturday, April 20th, 10 days ago. How’s that for alignment of the stars? Wow.

The Second Coming of Christ

Please notice that I do not refer to this event as the Second Coming of Jesus. There’s a reason for that.

Yogananda said, “In titling this work The Second Coming of Christ, I am not referring to a literal return of Jesus to earth. He came two thousand years ago and, after imparting a universal path to God’s kingdom, was crucified and resurrected; his reappearance to the masses now is not necessary for the fulfillment of his teachings.”

I concur. Unfortunately, from a fundamentalist’s perspective, it could only be the literal return of Jesus. That’s where everything is topsy-turvy, back-to-front. When I went looking for illustrations for Christ’s return, I was shown examples from most Christian religious denominations of something like this:

We are so wrapped up in the perennial icon of imaginary representations of Jesus the man that we cannot even picture what Christ, the anointed one, looks like. John’s writing, as I have referenced previously on this site, is poetic, not literal. So when we read his words, we are meant to be inspired.

Hmm. And not to put to fine a point on it: the religion is Christianity, not Jesus-ism.

He Would Find It Ironic that I’ve Raised His Chart

Billy Graham (November 7, 1918 – February 21, 2018)

It’s hard to believe that Billy Graham was born just 4 days before the Armistice that ended the Great War. And he lived for almost 100 years, which, as we all know, is an accomplishment in itself.

This timing is correct (to within a quarter hour each way) because it is quoted from his birth certificate.

Having been to a couple of his revival meetings, I can attest to the power of his delivery which I see is symbolized by the Moon/Mars conjunction in Sagittarius,

You are likely to have quite a temper and fly off the handle easily. However, if you are allowed to express your anger completely, you get over it very soon. You can be very angry at one minute, but as soon as your mood has passed, you are quite calm. However, if you get into the habit of holding in your angry feelings, they can build up to quite a fierce level and even become destructive in your life later on. Suppressed anger can be the source of many nervous disorders and mental problems when you are an adult.

Philip Marlowe: “I’m Too Old for This Shit!”

This was Liam Neeson’s 100th film. The line I quoted above was from it. It could have been inspired directly by Liam, himself. Noir films were all the rage in their heyday in the 1940’s and 50’s. Neo-noir, today? Not so much.

The script was quite clever, if you knew what to look out for. Most of the best bits were throw-away lines, hidden in plain sight. The MacGuffin was a mermaid called Serena, hidden early on in the story in an aquarium, but for most part with an unknown purpose. (And, just to remind us, the viewers, of its insignificance, the Maltese Falcon was part of the items lost in the prop fire at the movie studio lot.)

Honestly, I could not see the purpose of bringing back a tried-but-true, tired-but-wasted style of film. Most people alive today would not understand the times in which the film was based: pre-WWII 1939. Los Angeles has had a number of recent films based there, mostly centred around the film industry, including 1997’s L.A. Confidential, which I thought worked much better as a neo-noir story. Maybe it’s time to put this genre out to pasture.

She’s Not Just in Distress, She’s in Peril

Damsel (2024)

This Netflix film turns the ‘happily-ever-after’ fairytale on its head. It’s a cross between the harshest Disney films with Lord of the Rings, especially where it directs our attention to a fire-breathing dragon.

It is also a feminist depiction of the sacrifices women make, especially in marriage. Millie Bobby Brown is magnificent in it. She is also an executive producer of the film, which is why she is so heroic.

The Left Hand of God

During the wedding ceremony, I noticed that they reversed the brige and grooms positions before the minister. At the time, I thought nothing of it, until I woke up this morning with an interesting insight.

From the congregation’s point of view, the officiant is in the centre, facing them. The groom is on the right, the bride is on the left. The wedding itself joins the two people together as one. So far, so good.

The flash I had was that God is the unifying spirit joining the right and the left, the masculine and feminine, into a union, based on love. That symbolism stands for Christ as the Groom and Humanity as the Bride united together in God’s Love. Well, I never saw that so clearly before!

That’s the real ‘happily-ever-after’ story.

Reincarnate as Your Own Grandchild to Protect Family

I’ve postulated the idea before, with examples of my own grandchildren, that they were reincarnations of my parents. What makes this slightly unreal is that a grandparent can reincarnate in the next generation. But, I’m getting ahead of myself here: I mustn’t forget that when a life is cut short in its prime, the wish would be to come back as quickly as is physically possible.

As a birth chart, this is quite unremarkable on its own. However, there is one notable aspect:

Moon Inconjunct Venus

You need to be loved, even more than most people, particularly by your mother or another woman who takes the place of your mother. This need for love will be the force behind many of your actions. If you don’t find the love you are looking for, you will develop an insecure hunger for love from everyone you meet.

Princes Diana (July 1, 1961 – August 31, 1997)

I wasn’t expecting to see such clear connections between them. Really, why would I have thought otherwise? Diana was always protective of her children. Why would she let her fatal accident get in the way of finishing her job? Even Prince William says that George reminds him of his mother.

Prince George is claimed to be Princess Diana’s reincarnation by psychic Sharon Prasad.

In the Netflix documentary “The Royals,” the expert said that Prince George’s July 22 birthday makes him Cancer. He shares the same zodiac sign with his late grandmother.

Reincarnate Life

Obviously, they share the same genes, but there seems to be something more compelling behind the scenes. Here is the ‘proof’ of their resemblance to each other.

Three court cases yesterday demonstrated that the criminal process is a long, slow-moving train. And, sometimes, the train can get derailed from reaching its logical destination. What is it that people really want? Naturally, to see the offenders punished, and justice to be done.

He Knows Where All the Bodies are Buried (and Stories)

David Pecker (September 24, 1951)

Being the first witness for the prosecution (under subpoena) in the ‘election interference’ trial of Donald J Trump must be a very difficult place to be for this man. He and Trump were ‘friends’ for a very long time, but to save his own skin, he’s had to turn state witness to avoid going to prison, himself.

The timing for this chart is rectified. I originally randomized the timing, but when I saw Neptune as the final planet in this railroad pattern of planets and lights, I decided to move it to the horizon, to see what jumped out at me. I suppose the most notable aspect is the one connecting Mars and Pluto in Leo. That’s an echo of Trump’s similar aspect. But the Moon/Uranus conjunction in Cancer needs watching, too, since that would speak to Pecker’s quick temper, when provoked. Normally, the man is very composed (see the Sun/Saturn conjunction in his 12th House Libra), but it’s an act (especially if the timing is accurate). Neptune conjunct the Ascendant is the actor’s aspect that I’ve seen many times over the years.

Pecker and Trump Together

Friendships exist because two individuals are on the same wavelength. Here are their charts together:

I’m not going to exhaustively analyze their relationship, but it should be obvious that they are men cut from the same New York City cloth. I suspect the falling out between them had to do with the lack of reimbursement by Trump for the Karen McDougal ‘catch and kill’ $150,000 payment. After the election, Pecker released McDougal from the NDA she had signed. Why else would he do that?

No doubt the rest of his testimony, and the defense cross-examination, will bring out the Truth.
