It’s an odd sort of memory. I was driving through Windsor Great Park on my way back to Ascot, where I lived during the week, from my work at Hook & Slate Fixings Ltd in the Slough Industrial Park, both locations in Berkshire, UK.
That would place this event between July and November 1990. On the side of the road was some roadkill. Standing beside it was a magpie, inspecting the remains. The black and white markings on the bird immediately reminded me of something obvious: he’s the police!
I’ve waited until now to discuss this case. What I did not want to do was add any fuel to the fire of a blazing racial incident between a black man and a police officer. (And to have “Grey’s Anatomy” actually feature the protests after this deadly confrontation in one of their episodes speaks volumes.) But I digress. The murder of black Americans by police has been going on for too long. This unhappy ‘event’ has shaken up the US, with both sides realizing its importance.
George Floyd (October 14, 1973)
Floyd’s birth chart timing is randomized. But there are eight inconjuncts, none of which are dependent on an accurate birth time, and of these, two Yods are formed, one pointing at Mars and one at Saturn/South Node. These may prove prophetic, as we shall see.
Derek Michael Chauvin (March 19, 1976)
I have rectified Chauvin’s birth chart to reflect his conviction of murder (Saturn) at age 45. There is one inconjunct connecting Saturn and the Ascendant. That leaves Mars very near the Descendant in the 7th House (of open enemies). Notice that Floyd’s Mars is also conjunct the Descendant, but this time it’s in the 6th House (of service). Similar location, different results.
Their Relationship
Other astrologers have noted that Floyd’s Saturn/South Node conjunction in Cancer is conjunct Chauvin’s Mars. That’s important. It has been suggested that they may have been soldiers/warriors together in their past lives. I agree. There is definitely something karmic going on between them. And the Yod formed by Chauvin’s Ascendant @ 25° Sagittarius and Midheaven @ 22° Libra is pointing at Floyd’s Moon @ 22° Taurus (his emotional neck and shoulder area). It is also significant that Floyd called out for his mother during his final seconds.
I believe this time of 9:25 pm is when he was pronounced dead. So we are looking at the official time of death and not the 9 minutes and 29 seconds that Chauvin was holding Floyd down. Again, there are five inconjuncts, but forming only one Yod, pointing at the Midheaven.
Mars Inconjunct Midheaven
This aspect can mean that you have mixed feelings about all authority figures, including your parents. You may feel that you have to violate the rules laid down by your parents in order to get your way. This is a significant problem, because if it continues into adulthood, you will have great difficulties with employers. Therefore it is very important that your parents teach you how to express your self-assertive drives without going against their teachings. Unfortunately it is impossible to state how that should be done, because the conflict between self-will, on one hand, and self-denial and work, on the other, is different for each person.
Uranus Inconjunct Midheaven
You need to express your thoughts and feelings, but you often upset the people around you with your words. You seem to enjoy creating a stir every time you say something, but this can get you into quite a bit of trouble with parents, teachers and other authority figures. The underlying principle of this aspect is the need to balance your individual self-expression and manner of communicating with your need to learn and grow under the guidance of older people.
(I don’t often wish to be seen as a smart-ass, but it strikes me that these two aspects are expressions of the experience African-Americans have with ‘white’ authority, meaning that George Floyd’s murder is a symbolic act that encapsulates the whole race relationship between blacks and whites with these two aspects of the American way of life.) Black Lives Matter.
The Intersection of Two Lives with One Death
Let those with eyes to see, see what the Universe saw on that fateful day.

I came across the name of this man in Lars Muhl’s most recent book. I wasn’t looking for it, but because of ‘connections’ with Albert Einstein, I found it noteworthy. Here’s what Einstein said:
If you look at the Wikipedia post about Deunov (‘new God’?), you will see that it notes his birth date as July 12th at the top, and then gives July 11th in the body of the article. This is the usual problem with calculating the equivalent dates between Julian (OS) and Gregorian (NS) calendars. All astrology sites agree on the date July 11th and the time 11:47 am. (When I raised the chart, my randomized timing was 11:56 am, close enough for jazz, eh?)
There are three inconjuncts, all involving Pluto and his powerful Moon/Saturn/Ascendant conjunction.
Moon Inconjunct Pluto
This aspect means that your emotions are very intense and not always easy to deal with. Often your feelings make you want to do or say something without knowing why. Also you may have very intense moods in which you withdraw from those around you into a world of your own. This should not be a very serious problem unless you have been brought up to have all sorts of fears and worries. In that case your actions will be driven by your fears, and you may behave quite strangely. If you do not feel accepted and emotionally supported at home, you may constantly feel guilty for what you think you have done to others, or jealous that people aren’t paying enough attention to you, or generally possessive of those around you.
You should talk about your feelings to someone you really trust, for otherwise the pressure of your emotions will build up too much. You must be made to realize that at some time everyone has those dark hidden thoughts hat you think are so horrible. You are not alone, and you must learn not to blow these ideas up to be more important than they are.
You probably enjoy exploring the mysterious and probing hidden secrets. Even while you are young, you will understand human nature better than most people, but to use this ability positively, you must be reasonably calm about your feelings.
Saturn Inconjunct Pluto
If either of these planets is close to conjunction or opposition with the Ascendant or Midheaven, its effects can be quite strong. It signifies a feeling that you must work extremely hard merely to keep your life running smoothly on a day-to-day level. Often this aspect is associated with quite a bit of tension, especially in your muscles, but also in your emotional approach to life. You need to learn that the world is not always a place of struggle and that occasionally it is good to let go and relax. If your home life has been harsh or difficult, it will bring out the worst side of this aspect, and in time you will develop a cynical attitude toward the world in general. You will become intolerant of your own and others’ weaknesses, and you will take advantage of every opportunity, even if it means hurting someone else. But this is likely to happen only if you have not been given a reasonable break or if you haven’t been allowed to be a child, to be weak and make mistakes.
Even under favorable circumstances, this aspect usually means that you are resistant to change, that you hold on to any situation, no matter how bad, until it is totally intolerable. Then when change does take place, it has to create a revolution and a total breakdown of everything that came before it. You must learn to adapt to circumstances a bit more graceful and not be afraid of occasional compromise.
Pluto Inconjunct Ascendant
This can be an indication that through experiences with others, you will be forced to undergo many significant changes in life. At times the crises may be quite unpleasant, but for the most part the results will be very positive, although for some people, they may be less constructive. But you must be very careful about the kind of people you get involved with. Choose your friends with great care and try to find people who have a healthy outlook on life and who seem reasonably well balanced. People who are driven to extreme behavior or who act compulsively, as if they could not plan anything in advance, are not very good for you. They will get you into difficult situations that you do not need.
However, you should not avoid people who force you to observe yourself and the world very clearly. Such people will come into your life at times when changes must occur. While you are young, these people might be your parents or a special teacher. You probably will resist their influence, because what they show you will be hard to take, but you must accept it, for they have the highest concern for your well-being.
It’s a delicate question, but one that I haven’t seen asked before. It’s true that Roman Polanski has a ‘spotted’ history of poor choices in his life, but has anyone thought that he would or could possibly have wanted to ‘sacrifice’ his “good” wife and their innocent unborn child?
(And if you are wondering why I’m returning to Sharon Tate’s murder, I was asked to contact yet another person who could be a greater portion of Sharon’s reincarnating soul. She ‘knows’ what really happened, and she is the one who suggested that Roman is connected to her end.)

Every single astrology site lists 10:30 am as ‘excellent’ for accuracy in timing of Roman’s birth. Even my computer program had that time, but had Krakow, Poland as his birth place. I have amended that to Paris, France. No doubt this chart has been dissected by people more qualified than me, so I will limit myself to one very important detail: Moon conjunct Pluto (in Cancer) within 4° of his Midheaven. I’ve written about this troubling aspect before, here.
In my usual way of letting stuff sit in the back of my mind until the right time to share it comes, I have always felt uneasy about Roman’s film “Rosemary’s Baby”. Why his obsession with it? Was he sending a signal out into the world about his beliefs and ‘inspirations’? I wonder.

In the original post I did about Sharon’s murder, I noted that there was a Yod connecting her birth and death charts. Well, I neglected to say that in the ‘murder’ chart, there is a Yod pointing at Mars. The inconjuncts involved are the Moon/Venus on one side and Saturn on the other. Up until now, I have withheld that information, because its interpretation is too awful to contemplate, but the time has come to share my intuitive insight:
The Moon (mother) and Venus (lover) is Sharon. Saturn (Satan) is the father-figure, Roman. Mars (murder) is the act itself. They are all linked. Roman was ultimately responsible for Sharon’s death. And although he may not have actively ‘ordered’ the hit, his preoccupation with the idea may have initiated a chain of events that led to the ritual sacrifice of ‘innocence’.

On the day I was born, Joe McCarthy started his crusade against Communists in the government, Now, obviously, this was a few hours after my birth time of 3:49 am, but the opposition I pointed out in yesterday’s post would still be operating, even if no longer exact.

On the day I was born, McCarthy tapped into the transiting Mercury being in direct opposition to the USA’s ‘natal’ Mercury, and within 3 degrees of the ‘natal’ Pluto position. Exposed!
I was alerted to a situation, by an astrologist friend, that I had always suspected, but never ‘knew’ for a fact. She was discussing the USA and Pluto’s Return in a blog. She pointed out that the USA’s Mercury is @ 24° Cancer 12′. A bell went off in my head: my Mercury is exactly opposite @ 24° Capricorn 12′. Is that why everything about it seems so personal to me?
New Amsterdam (Season 1, Episode 15 “Croaklahoma”)
We are slowly getting through season one, and this episode shows the negative impact religion can have on life-and-death decisions: the young parents of a recent heart transplant cannot afford their child’s medication, so his health is in jeopardy. The operation was covered by their insurance, but not their son’s very expensive drugs. Max suggested that they get a divorce, so that Medicare would kick in for the child of a single parent. “The system is broken…”
Now, ordinarily, most parents would accept this solution to an immense obstacle, but this couple are Roman Catholics, who believe that divorce is a sin, punishable by hell-fire.
The son, having overheard this discussion, decides to run away and hide, somewhere in the hospital. He doesn’t want them to get divorced, because then he would, after death, be in Heaven and his parents would be in Hell, separated from him for all eternity.
Such is the teaching of the Church of Rome.
Admittedly, the resolution of this dilemma in the show was a bit too easy, since the Pope was in New York on that exact day, but having a Papal Legate say that he discussed the situation with Pope Francis and that the Pope is cool with it, satisfied the child enough to allow his parents to go ahead with the divorce.
Once upon a time, I, too, was faced with this dilemma, but for a different reason: in 1977, I contemplated marrying my girlfriend at the time, Mona; she was Roman Catholic, I was not (except that I had been baptized Catholic in my early childhood). I was told that I could marry Mona, but that any previous Protestant marriage would be considered annulled by the Church, making my then 5-year-old son illegitimate in the eyes of the Church leaders. I chose to walk away from the whole situation instead.
