Sometimes You Have to Come Back to Finish the Job

I’m grateful to Reincarnation Research on Facebook for this connection.

Caitlin Clark (January 22, 2002)

This young lady is setting college basketball points records. Within the last week, she has passed the previous record set by “Pistol” Pete Maravich. Of course, the misogynists say that he is still the best (because he was the first) but what if they are the same person, returned to finish the job.

None of the timings are known for these charts, so a certain amount of skepticism should be used in discussing their aspects. In fact, as the only inconjuncts in Caitlin’s chart link Pluto with the Moon and the Ascendant, I shall refrain from delineating their meanings here.

Pete Maravich (June 22, 1947 – January 5, 1988)

The echo of their birth dates both being on the 22nd of the month is interesting, as are the numbers om their jerseys. Maybe Pete’s birth date number was already taken by someone else on the LSU team.

I wanted you to see the noon birth chart of Pete Maravich before I compare their charts. Note: there are no inconjuncts.

Originally, I couldn’t see any significant links between them, until I added Pete’s ‘fatal’ chart. Then it became clearer. Caitlin’s South Node is conjunct to Pete’s ‘fatal’ Saturn/Uranus conjunction. Caitlin’s North Node is conjunct Pete’s natal Uranus. That’s the proof of their reincarnation.

If They Did Anything Else, They’d Come Under Fire

The Supreme Court of the United States (March 4, 2024)

It’s interesting how the American voting public want SCOTUS to settle their disputes for them. That way, they can point at the Justices and blame them for whatever may occur. This is harkening back to the American Civil War, when a decision made by the Supreme Court triggered a wider conflict among the States of the Union. Is that what they are trying to avoid here?

But, it seems they can’t win for losing.

And now they are looking to Congress to approve an extra $19,000,000 to beef up their security. Doesn’t that tell you everything you need to know? They are afraid to offend Trump supporters, who are not above taking the law into their own hands. Lord help them all!

The Use of the Imperative “Now!” in Advertising

We’re all used to the “Call now!” instruction in ads. This is based on the request we all heard from our mother when she gave us a chore to do, and then added “now” to the sentence to show us how soon she wanted it done. In other words, we’re programmed to do it quickly, or else!

But I heard a little variation of that imperative in the Barnes Firm advertising.

“My attorney now at the Barnes Firm…” That seems to be a strange place to insert ‘now’ into a sentence.

The implication is a (not so subtle) hint that the individual has changed attorneys in order to get a better result, and the idea that there’s no time like the present.

Spiritually, this is truth.

American Misanthropy?

Leave The World Behind (2023)

In case of emergency, break the glass! To say we are ill-prepared for a total breakdown of society is an understatement. Recent headlines have highlighted the risk of Russia using nuclear weapons in space to knock out our satellites, as a first step in the takeover of the Western countries. So this is current.

I have a lot of quibbles about the authenticity of some of the predicted events, such as Tesla (self-driving) cars being triggered somehow to drive into major pileups that block freeway access. And the Havana syndrome (high-pitched) noise being projected at everyone inside and outside the house that even cracks the windows. But the most accurate presentation is the standoff between the two men and a nearby neighbour who has prepared for this Iran/Korea/China takeover by stocking up on food and water. Every man for himself!

The American gun culture has fed into this type of confrontational interaction between people who should be looking out for their neighbours as well as themselves. It’s the Golden Rule.

Yesterday, the following YouTube video was suggested to me, hours before we watched Leave The World Behind on Netflix.

And, did you know, Barack and Michelle Obama were executive producers of the Netflix film? Hmm.

Why I Haven’t Been Writing as Much Lately

Computer Breakdown

It never rains, but it pours. Last Monday, my computer monitor decided it had had enough. I thought the simple solution would be to replace it, which I did. But the new one wouldn’t work either, until I switched monitors with my 17 year old computer and it worked perfectly. That’s when I realized that the HDMI cable connection was faulty. So I ordered a DVI-to-DVI cable and now my newer computer is working fine, again. But then my older computer seemed to give up the ghost. What’s going on?

My Kepler 7.0 program is on my older computer. I cannot access my astrology charts. The last entry on it was yesterday for Brian Mulroney’s death. I’d originally set his death time for 12 noon, but from all accounts, he died late in the afternoon on February 29th. Now, I cannot correct the time because the computer won’t start up properly. Oh-oh.

I guess I’m going to have to bite the bullet and get the old computer fixed or buy a new one. Whichever, the files on the hard drive need transferring to a better server, such as my newer computer. My Turbo Tax programs and tax files also need to be moved. I’m not looking forward to that. Either way, a computer technician will need to be involved.

So, no more charts for awhile. (No doubt, you’ll be relieved to know that…)

The Man who Gave Canadians the GST

Canadian Prime Minister Brian Mulroney bids farewell to dignitaries after a state visit. Mulroney is accompanied by his wife, Mila.

Brian Mulroney (March 20, 1939 – February 29, 2024)

Canada’s 18th Prime Minister died yesterday. I used to joke that I moved to the UK in early 1985, after Brian Mulroney‘s Progressive Conservatives won the general election in September 1984, to escape from Canadian politics, especially the right of centre kind. But then, I was often reminded that I came to a nation under the sway of Margaret Thatcher. You couldn’t get any more Conservative than that.

The Sun/Moon conjunction speaks to the man’s popularity. The Mars/Pluto inconjunct tells us that he would not be dissuaded from anything he deemed good for the country, including a free trade agreement with the States (NAFTA). But his greatest achievement was a very unpopular one, at the time: he introduced the federal Goods & Services Tax. Comparing his birth chart with the event chart allows us to see that this legislation was his crowning achievement.

When the Ascendant/Midheaven axes turn 90° from a person’s birth chart, the result gets the same effect that Jesus did with his birth/death charts. It’s what he was born to do. And Mulroney got crucified for it.

Now, he is being praised from his progressive thinking. That’s how you know it’s all worked out for the best.

Rebel by Name, Rebel by Reputation

Rebel Wilson (March 2,1980)

This might seem a bit ‘left field’ from my usual focus, but I wanted to see how much difference 4 days makes when looking at someone’s birth chart. Rebel Wilson is a rebel, and her birth chart agrees.

I originally randomized the timing, but I wanted Neptune to be in the 12th House (of the Unconscious) so I switched PM to AM. The resulting Yod pointing at Venus (formed by inconjuncts to Saturn and Uranus) seems appropriate. There is a single inconjunct, too, connecting Mercury and Pluto. (Rebel Yell, anyone?)

But, rather than delineating the inconjuncts, I want to focus solely on the Sun/Moon opposition. Since I used at early time on the day of her birth, it seems that the usual distrust in aspects to the Moon, when the exact time is not known, can be ignored, here. Almost all day long, the Sun and Moon stay in opposition, and that makes me think that transsexual energies are in play for Rebel. As she has said:

“I thought I was searching for a Disney Prince… but maybe what I really needed all this time was a Disney Princess.”

In Reality: It’s the Flower that Entices the Bee

Wild Mountain Thyme (2020)

This was an accidental find on Netflix. After our 2016 visit to Ireland, my wife and I love everything Irish. You can imagine how well this film went down in our household.

It’s a love story, both with Ireland and the inhabitants. If you want a satisfying 100 minute experience, watch this film.
