In the Run-up to the American Midterm Elections:

A Gentle Reminder (usually attributed to Abraham Lincoln)

Did John Think He was Jesus Reincarnated?

John Lennon and Jesus Christ

I wouldn’t have gone here if it hadn’t been one line in a Facebook post about the time that Ringo walked out of the 1968 Beatles’ White Album recording sessions. The throwaway statement was something along the lines of “John thought he was Jesus.” Oh, I’d never heard that idea be mooted before.

Well, me of all people should have recognized the link between them, but I guess I had to wait for the ‘spirit prompt’. Have you ever seen a more auspicious line-up of astrological energies? I don’t need to prove it, as it’s there in black and white. (Hint: their Ascendants are within 1° of each other’s.)

And so say all of us!

Cash Peters Saw Nasty Creatures When He Looked:

MAGAts or Dung Beetles?

I was going to write: the worm has turned; but I realize that it hasn’t. Support of Trumpism seems to be rampant still. The English Channel YouTube video from yesterday is correct in its assessment that, just below the surface of things, strange Scarab-like beetles are writhing in the darkness. See here:

The section outlining this starts at the 27 minute mark

Biden’s speech last night seems to echo this idea.

I think it’s time for this darkness to be brought to the Light.

Here’s a Little Story ‘Bout Sam and Diane:

“Cheers” Premieres (September 30, 1982)

It’s hard to believe that this TV show is going to be 40 at the end of the month. I never even saw the first episode, until yesterday. I always wondered how a person as bright as Diane Chambers came to work in a neighbourhood pub for Sam Malone. Now I know.

In the pilot, Diane is abandoned by her fiancé, leaving her without a job, a man, or money. Realizing that one of her few practical skills is memorization, which comes in handy when dealing with drink orders, she reluctantly becomes a barmaid.

How’s this for timing? The Moon is in the 11th House of ‘groups and associations’; Mars and Uranus are opposite a Gemini Ascendant; and Venus is square to Neptune. It was always going to be successful.

Can a Legendary Irish Saint Return in the 20th Century?

Brigid of Kildare (Died February 1, 525 AD)

This post started out as a discussion with my daughter, Amy, who disagrees with my assessment that her daughter is the reincarnation of my mother. She said her daughter came with her name already decided. OK. I can’t argue with a mother’s innate knowledge, but I can look at the situation astrologically.

So many things about this death chart could be wrong that it’s a matter of faith to even erect it. The Catholic Church think that the year of Brigid’s death is most likely 521 AD, and her saint day has been set for February 1st, the day formerly known to pagans as Imbolc (the first day of Spring). Even the timing of her death is unknown, so there is so much that might be spurious here. But, needless to say, when a Finger of God (Yod) shows up, it tends to ease my mental calisthenics.

But my main focus is to see if my mother was a reincarnation for Brigid.

Based on the combined charts shown above, I could not definitely state that they are one and the same. I suspect that the intermediary lives between 525 AD and 1923 altered the trajectory of their purposes here on earth. For one thing, I previously speculated that Mom was the reincarnation of another person from the 19th Century. But these things are based upon presumed relationships between past lives of my own with other people. So, the links are tenuous at best.

Putin Blames Him for the Trouble He’s in Now

Mikhail Gorbachev (March 2, 1931 – August 30, 2022)

Mikhail Gorbachev died last evening in Moscow. He was 91. He got to outlive every leader the USSR ever had. He was celebrated in the West, and reviled in Russia. Putin bemoans the state of Russia on its own.

This birth chart was already on my computer. It is set for sunrise. I won’t change the time, even though most astrology sites had a different time of 8:30 pm (but listed as ‘conflicting’). One site even had 1:45 pm as the Vedic time. But it really doesn’t matter now that the man is dead.

Even the death chart is supposing 7:30 pm is the ‘evening’. I am not delineating the aspects here. I just wanted you to see the birth and death charts combined.

I think one can state without equivocation that Gorbachev fulfilled his life’s purpose. (And the sunrise/sunset of his life becomes visible with the positions of his natal and ‘fatal’ Suns.)

R.I.P., sir.

They Were Just Lying About…

Everything at Mar-a-Lago

Now, I’m sure that the documents were not just laying around on the floor, as this image implies. But it does give one pause to contemplate the argument that all of them were declassified, when they’re clearly not.

Somebody has blanked out the detail under the Top Secret/SCI covers, but I think we get the point: they shouldn’t have been in Trump’s possession, even if he thinks otherwise. I told you this one may stick.

Looks Like These Days are Over:

Wine and Roses

Romantic Dinner. Bouquet of flowers lying on the table, selective focus on bunch of roses, two glasses of red wine and candles on the wooden desk. Date concept, blurred background, banner, copy space

And beer and skittles…

We may be heading toward a new paradigm, one in which the only way to reduce the risk of cancer is to become teetotal. Why didn’t they tell us this, years ago? Why tell us, now? We’re all doomed…

Abstinence makes the heart grow fonder???

Should The “Powers That Be” Hire an Astrologer?

Artemis 1 Delayed

This image wasn’t from this morning, but the Moon has an effect on the outcome of NASA’s plans, for sure.

This is timed for when the rocket was intended to be launched. Notice the Moon (@ 1° Libra) in fairly close conjunction with the Virgo Ascendant. They are in opposition to Neptune conjunct the Descendant @ 24° Pisces. That would spell trouble for an astrologer worth his (or her) salt. There are also three inconjuncts.

Sun Inconjunct Jupiter

This can be an extremely useful aspect, if you learn to have more self-control in what you do. Jupiter is always high-spirited, wanting to do and encounter everything and enjoy life thoroughly. Yet in some combinations, it means that you are unwilling to work for what you want. You may feel that you are such a fine person that you deserve to have everything done for you. Certainly you are worthwhile in your own way, but that doesn’t give you a right to be taken care of without contributing your share. As with all Sun-Jupiter energies, if you learn to support others, to make them feel good and happy in your presence, you will get their support as well. Then there will always be someone to help you when you need it. But if you act arrogant toward others, they may not stay around to support you.

Mercury Inconjunct Neptune

The challenge of this aspect is to make your thinking and communication with others more clear. Your rational mind is strongly influenced by your sensitivity, imagination and ideals, although you aren’t always sure how this happens. You tend to spend too much time in your own imaginary world that no one else can share, and this confuses your dealings with others. You will have to learn to face reality, so that you can at least communicate with people. Otherwise you will have a very lonely life.

Pluto Inconjunct Midheaven

You may have trouble with older people who try to teach you how to effectively take control of your life. Even while you are young, you may resent their control over you and resist everything they are trying to teach you. To a great extent, your path in life will be shaped by your early confrontations with authority figures.

Another problem that can arise if you are not treated properly is that you may withdraw into yourself and become very secretive, as though you have something to hide even when you don’t. This can make people distrust you.

(Hang on, is this discussing the delayed launch of Artemis 1, or residents of Trump World?)

Hmm.
