Are You Sitting Comfortably? Then I’ll Begin

The Reincarnation of Edgar Cayce?

As you may remember, I’ve written about this before here. But now I’m revisiting the book in order to see exactly how David Wilcock got back in touch with Cayce’s “Source” the Ra Complex, and how it changed his karma. There may be lessons for us there.

Why, indeed, does it seem impossible to believe that you truly are one with the Father-Mother God; that your spirit exists as an infinite vibration/reverberation throughout the universe?

Free, Wynn; Wilcock, David. The Reincarnation of Edgar Cayce?: Interdimensional Communication and Global Transformation (p. 248). North Atlantic Books. Kindle Edition.

It doesn’t seem exactly impossible to me, but I do sometimes wonder “Why me?”

My whole life has been about opening up to the Infinite vibration, but I think I’ve got some blockages which are hangovers from another time, another place, another aspect of personality. And somewhere along the line, I’ve failed to hit the target (I’ve missed my mark).

Indeed, there are two sides to every issue, and you have the choice as to which side you will see. Do you choose to see the negativity that is present in the physical world around you, or do you choose to see that all works in unity with the One Creator? It is quite difficult to embrace the life that you have and the responsibilities that are set before you as being elemental of perfect sacrament, perfect spiritual simplicity, and divine essence. It is not easy to comprehend how even the most negative paths that others follow in society, or that you yourself are forced to go through, can be part of a larger order of events that has been carefully scripted and rehearsed throughout the universe since time immemorial. It is this choice of polarity in the third density that determines all future courses of action. Whether you like it or not, your own future behavior in the higher realms is dictated by the choices you make each and every day. In the Egyptian metaphor, the brains are removed from the skull case at the time of death. Why is this? Because it was believed that the heart was the core essence that needed to be preserved, and the brain only got in the way of comprehending and understanding the life that one would have in the higher realms.

Free, Wynn; Wilcock, David. The Reincarnation of Edgar Cayce?: Interdimensional Communication and Global Transformation (p. 249). North Atlantic Books. Kindle Edition.

I have always understood about ‘going within’ to gain insight and awareness, as well as balance, but sometimes the world keeps bringing me back to the ‘reality of the illusion’.

You, as the lion [in the circus of life], may or may not even be aware of the extent to which you are a player in this giant circus; when the understanding comes, it can be quite a jolt. One of the first things that will happen is the desire to stop watching television and other media sources. The ringleader, in this case being the media and other organized forms of information control, only wants one thing, which should be readily apparent; it wants you to feel that everything you have is insufficient, to get you to strive further and further towards material objects. You who have reached these words now should be well aware that this concept of not being materialistic extends through all of the religions your world has ever known, or as the parable goes in Christianity, “The love of money is the root of all evil.”

Free, Wynn; Wilcock, David. The Reincarnation of Edgar Cayce?: Interdimensional Communication and Global Transformation (pp. 255-256). North Atlantic Books. Kindle Edition.

Money has been one of my stumbling blocks: I know how necessary it is to have it in order to succeed in this world, but I have always been reluctant to ask for payment in exchange for my spiritual work. My spiritual talents (for want of a better term) were a gift to me, so I try to share them freely with others. But then I am reminded of the Parable of the Talents. Have I just buried them in the ground?

If the public right now were to reach a fearless state, then the international bankers and the policymakers who are running the show behind the corporations and media would no longer have the ability to control the people—would no longer have the ability to dictate the flow of currency. It is the very fact that people are paralyzed by their own fears that prevents them from doing anything productive; that prevents them from any real efforts to try to make adjustments in their lives in directions that will be most suitable for them. It is this fear that is the great limiter and the great binder; it is as an anchor that locks you to the bottom of the ocean of possibility, forever destined to go around your loop; to go around the perimeter of the circus cage. If that lion only were to know the grassy plains that God meant for him and the abundance that awaited him, he would most likely collapse with misery at the fact that he had been brought into such a system in the first place. The difference between you and the lion is that you DO have the ability to liberate yourself from the concerns of the world. It is not necessarily giving up on the world as much as it is coming to a heightened understanding of the world. [It involves] seeing it through the lens of a person who is unburdened by social considerations, who is unburdened by trends, who doesn’t feel the need to have the latest clothes or the latest car, but just simply is who he or she is, nothing more and nothing less. To make said realization about oneself is one of the greatest joys that can be attained, for with that joy comes freedom.

Free, Wynn; Wilcock, David. The Reincarnation of Edgar Cayce?: Interdimensional Communication and Global Transformation (pp. 257-258). North Atlantic Books. Kindle Edition.

This pandemic has brought out the worst of ‘control by fear’. Every news story starts off by giving us the latest COVID-19 numbers. And voices contrary to the MSM agenda are silenced. We are in a prison of our own making.

As you pull away from the material world, as you pull away from the squawking, incessant chatter of the television, which causes squawking, incessant chatter in your own mind, and as you lay down your fears at the door, you clear an enormous space for inner peace. Participation in this media, participation in this fear, in this lack of understanding, by its very nature will cause you to become completely embroiled in the matters of day-to-day living. You will often take out your greater concerns and hardships upon those people around you, because you are incapable of seeing the fact that there is more.

You are incapable of seeing that what you thought was anger towards these people was in fact a deeper reaction to what is actually occurring inside your mind as you experience the hardship. [You feel this] as you experience the heartache that the media cause you by making you feel that you don’t have the ideal mate or the ideal wealth, and that by attaining these systems you could somehow improve yourself. Simultaneously, the media are working very diligently to make you fear that your life could end at any moment, and to make you very possessive of that fact.

We all are afraid to die, but why, exactly? Are we afraid to leave things undone that ought to have been done? That’s what my concern is, and that’s why I write a blog most every day. At the same time, this world is so messed up, I feel I should do ‘something/ anything’ that will leave it a better place than it was when I arrived 70 years ago.

Gemini Rising: You Say Yes, I Say No (Hello, Goodbye)

Naya Rivera (January 12, 1987 – July 8, 2020)

Naya’s name always struck me as strange. The Na says no, the Ya says yes. Turns out that it may be a Somali interjection to get the attention of a girl. Appropriate…

It’s been almost two weeks since she left this world. They are saying that she drowned after saving her son from doing the same. Sign of a true mother.

Are there any hints in her birth chart of this accident? She was 33-and-a-half years old when she died. The closest planet to that timing in her chart is Uranus. Interesting.

The 1st House Moon is opposite both Uranus and Neptune. Neptune rules the ‘deep’.

At the same time, Mars (accident) is aspecting both the Moon and Neptune in a T-square. Mars in a woman’s chart can also represent her son. So the story is there.

And there’s one inconjunct:

Pluto Inconjunct Ascendant

This can be an indication that through experiences with others, you will be forced to undergo many significant changes in life. At times the crises may be quite unpleasant, but for the most part the results will be very positive, although for some people, they may be less constructive. But you must be very careful about the kind of people you get involved with. Choose your friends with great care and try to find people who have a healthy outlook on life and who seem reasonably well balanced. People who are driven to extreme behavior or who act compulsively, as if they could not plan anything in advance, are not very good for you. They will get you into difficult situations that you do not need.

Also watch for compulsiveness or extreme behavior yourself…

Conclusion

Accidents happen. When an angel is removed from one sphere of influence, she is placed in another. I can imagine that Naya will be watching over her son from a different perspective.

It is sad for him (and the rest of us) that she had to leave us so soon. Hello, goodbye, my dear.

In the Beginning…

Science and the Akashic Field: An Integral Theory of Everything

I’m reading three books at the moment. As usually happens, I’ve come across a series of things that could be considered synchronicity.

The A-Field Effect in the Cosmos

As we have seen in chapter 5, through torsion waves in the vacuum the A-field links things and events in the universe at staggering speeds — a billion times the velocity of light. The interference patterns of torsion waves create cosmic-scale holograms, the holograms of stars and entire stellar systems, These extend throughout our universe and correlate its galaxies and other macrostructures.

The torsion-wave interference patterns of stars and stellar systems create the hologram of the galaxy, and the interfering vacuum torsion waves of the metagalaxy (the set of all galaxies) create the hologram of the universe. The hologram of the universe is conjugate with the hologram of the galaxies, and thus this encompassing hologram creates coherence among the galaxies — it correlates the paths of their evolution. This A-field effect is extremely subtle yet it is effective: stars and galaxies evolve coherently throughout the universe, even across distances that could not have been traversed by any light or any signal known to modern physics.

[…]

There is, however, a simpler explanation. The “Bang” that gave birth to our universe, and the vacuum in which it occurred, was informed by a prior universe — a previous cycle of the Metaverse. Whether the universe is infinite or finite in space (and that is still not clear at present), it is most likely not finite in time: the cosmos is not limited to a single-cycle universe. This is relevant to our query, for it is evident that all universes that exist, and have ever existed, arise in the quantum vacuum. The particles that make up a given universe spring from the vacuum and fall back into it at the end of the universe’ life cycle. The vacuum existed before any universe was born, and will continue to exist after all matter in the universe vanishes into black holes. In the course of a vast series of universes, the vacuum becomes progressively tuned to the processes that take place in the universes that succeed one another.

The A-field effect gives us a simple and logical explanation of the fine-tuned features of our own universe. When this universe was born, the Bang that created it and the vacuum in which that event took place were not randomly configured. They were informed by prior universes, much like at conception the genetic code of a zygote is informed by the genetic code of the parents. That this was the case is far more plausible than a random selection from among an astronomically large number of disconnected universes — or among a similarly mind-boggling number of “vacua” in one and the same universe. (Pages 108-110)

The Light (from “The Way”)

The Bible begins with the famous phrase “In the beginning,” but Kabbalah tells us that a great deal preceded the beginning. Before the creation of time and space, there existed an infinite positive energy — the source of all that “is,” “was,” and “will be.” Since there was no space in the sense that we now understand the word, it would be misleading to say that the energy was everywhere. But we can say that there was nowhere that it was not.

The Hebrew word for this energy is Or, which can be translated as Light. But the Light of the Creator is far more than anything we might associate with the electric lightbulb, a flash of lightning, or any form of light in the physical world.

In kabbalistic terms, Light is a code word for an all-encompassing radiance of divine love.

Just as sunlight includes every color of the spectrum, the Light of the Creator includes all that we truly want and need — not only tangible things, but also emotional and spiritual qualities such as love, happiness, trust, and beauty. Just as it’s impossible to describe the Creator, the Light is a source of complete and permanent fulfillment that can’t really be expressed in words. This is the Light of fulfillment that you’ve just barely glimpsed at the most joyful moments of your life.

Of all the attributes of the Creator that are encompassed by the Light, the essential and defining one is an infinite and unbounded desire to give and share of itself.

The desire to share is both the fundamental attribute of the Creator and the true reason for the creation of the universe. As the great kabbalist Rabbi Moshe Chaim Luzzatto (1707-1747) wrote in The Way of God, “The purpose of creation was to bring into being a creature who could derive pleasure from the goodness of God.” What an amazing statement this is. It means that everything came into being in order for us to enjoy it. So many wars, persecutions, and general human miseries have been perpetrated over the centuries, supposedly because they were the will of God. Yet Kabbalah tells us that God’s will is for us to find pleasure in His creation! That’s literally why we’re here. The Creator’s desire to share was the true impetus for the process of creation. (Page 38-39)

And one final note:

It is your destiny to become a career man in these matters. There is no charge for admission at the time of the harvest. [Author’s note: “Harvest” is the term Ra uses for ascending into the next dimension.] When you approach the gate, you either approach or you don’t approach, and the choice is made from within; there is never any ambiguity concerning it. As the time approaches, you are immediately aware of whether it is appropriate or not, and the forces will act accordingly …. Once you realize that there is no past, no present, and no future, but only now, you come much further into becoming that which you have dreamed of.

Someone’s in the Kitchen with Binah

Intuition

This whole Kabbalah thing is taking a different turn than the one I anticipated.

A member of my Group Soul asked her guides where we were in relationship to the Tree of Life. She got the number 3 for both of us. That was not what I was expecting.

To say that in the past I would have been upset, to find that there is a ‘negative’ connotation to being associated with the planet Saturn, is an understatement.

But, my life has changed, hopefully for the better. And my intuitive understanding is developing on a daily basis. Maybe the one whispering in my ear is Binah…

Show Me The Way to Go Home

The Way: Using the Wisdom of Kabbalah (2001)

“There was once a great scholar named Rabbi Naftali Zvi Yehuda Berlin, who had become known as the Netziv. He had many students and he had written dozens of books. One day the Netziv spoke to his students about how he had chosen his life’s path, and this is the story he told:

“When I was ten years old, I was a poor student. When I went to class, I fooled around. I didn’t listen to my teachers. I was in trouble all the time. And one day I was in my room and I heard my mother crying as she talked with my father. I sneaked up to their bedroom door and listened. My mother said, ‘What are we going to do with Naftali? He doesn’t study. He’s failing his classes. They don’t want to allow him back in school. Without schooling, he’ll never amount to anything.’ I was shocked. I felt terrible that I had brought so much anguish to my mother. I dragged myself back to my room, and I made a decision — from that day on I would focus on my studies and stop fooling around and listen to my teachers so that my mother would be happy again. And as you can see, I continued my studies, and I became a scholar, and now I’m a teacher with thousands of students and I’ve written many books.” (Pages 20-21)

He then relates what would have happened if he hadn’t heard his mother crying that day. Sure, he would have been a good person, he would have given to charity, he would have gone to synagogue. But when he died and went to meet the Creator, he would have been surprised to find that he had disappointed the Creator. Why?

“The Creator would have a right to be disappointed because had I not heard my mother that day, I would not have reached my potential. Living a good, simple life — even a spiritual life — was not enough. Because the fact is all of us are put into this world with a particular job to do. Just because a person lives a good life doesn’t mean that he accomplished what he was put into this world to do. And if we don’t accomplish what we were put here to do, we disappoint the Creator, and we’ve wasted our lives...

“So the only way we can hope to achieve what we came into this world to accomplish, the only way we can hope to satisfy the Creator, is to always push ourselves to the limits of our potential and never be satisfied with our spiritual accomplishments. Our job in this world is not about being a good person, or a spiritual person, or a wise person. It’s not about giving a little charity or being nice to people and attending synagogue. And though we may not know exactly what we came here for, we do know that without a constant push to change for the better, without our constant endeavor toward spiritual growth, we can never hope to fulfill our potential. And this is what the Creator expects of us.” (Page 22)

The Qabalistic Tree of Life

I have tried to present this image many times before, but I think this one makes it clearer (at least to me). I like the colour coding, the translations, and the fact that the 22 letters of the Hebrew alphabet are represented by the Major Arcana of the Tarot. They are the ‘paths’ to enlightenment. And the following image is one I’ve used before:

The Lemniscate

“It will be seen that it consists of two circles: one male/clockwise/solar circle representing the masculine principle; and one feminine/anti-clockwise/lunar circle representing the feminine principle. When the cards are placed in this pattern, the circular designs of The Wheel and The World occur at the intersection. The cards of the male circle turn outwards, symbolizing extroversion, activity and interaction with the physical world, while the female circle turns inwards symbolizing introspection, passivity and the cultivation of psychic qualities. The cards of the male circle are numbered clockwise 0 to 9 (single figures) and the cards of the female circle are numbered anti-clockwise 11 to 20 (double figures).” (from “The Refiner’s Fire” )

Maybe I already knew this when I quoted that statement in 1991: movement and rest…

Tobacco: From Sacred to Profane and Back Again

The Four Sacred Medicines of the First People

Alright. This was a weird dream sequence, even by my standards. Last night, I was being shown tobacco in WordPress posts, mostly extolling its sacred properties. But the ending demonstrated that as far as the native population is concerned, it is being used in a way that is harmful to them.

This seems way outside my remit.

Ordinarily, I would avoid subject matter like this, as I am not a smoker and never have been. (Like Bill Clinton, I never inhaled.) But I do have some awareness of how sacred tobacco was in the 17th century, when I was a fur trader. Tobacco was considered a gift from the gods, and was to be used sparingly. Smoking it in a peace pipe and giving it back as an offering to the gods were considered the correct usages of the medicine. Anything else would be sacrilegious. How different it is today.

I am reminded of John Lennon’s lyrics from the Beatles’ song “I’m So Tired”:

I'm so tired, I'm feeling so upset
Although I'm so tired, I'll have another cigarette
And curse Sir Walter Raleigh
He was such a stupid git

Now I want to put forward another idea. It’s not new, but it might have some more immediate impact than the way I’ve spoken of it before. Is it possible that tobacco as a ‘gift from the gods’ may have actually been from some time travelers from the future who went back to the past, in order to introduce the plant and its properties to the indigenous people again? Well, is it?

If, in the future, the natural healing remedies of the past have been lost, forever, wouldn’t it seem likely that the sacred needed to be restored? How better than with those who are close to the earth, and mindful of spirit in their daily existence.

Relationships: Are They the Real Thing, or Just Fantasy?

Synastry

There is a branch of astrology that deals with the compatibility of individuals. Essentially two birth charts are erected, and then compared with each other. The results show where the attractions and distractions are. It can help predict which couples will stay together and which will come apart in time.

By way of example, let’s look at the life and loves of Charles, Prince of Wales:

Charles and Diana

At first glance, the interlocking lines of their aspects look for all intents and purposes to be a spider’s web of energy. These days it is quite unusual for two people with such a wide age difference to marry. The usual close ties of contemporaries that the larger, slower planets have in their birth charts are missing here. In fact, looking at any of these aspects reveal some insurmountable tensions.

Charles’ Saturn conjunct Diana’s Pluto

Charles’ Mercury conjunct Diana’s Neptune

Charles’ Ascendant opposite Diana’s Jupiter

Charles’ Uranus conjunct Diana’s Mercury

Charles’ Mars conjunct Diana’s Ascendant

Charles’ Sun opposite Diana’s Venus

Charles’ Uranus inconjunct Diana’s Saturn

Charles’ Saturn inconjunct Diana’s Jupiter

Is it any wonder their marriage ended in divorce?

Charles and Camilla

With Camilla being the ‘older lady’ here, Charles’ need for Mother Love (Camilla’s Moon conjunct Venus in Cancer) was satisfied. As Camilla’s planets are bunched in the 11th and 12th Houses of her chart, she has mostly squares and trines aspecting Charles’ planets. Their very few conjunctions, oppositions and inconjuncts don’t add up to the same maelstrom that Charles had with Diana. And the one absolutely overriding connection is the most basic when it comes to a perfect union of individuals: their Ascendants are conjunct @ 5 degrees Leo.

Could you call Charles and Camilla soulmates? Perhaps.

Constantine: In Hoc Signo Vinces

Emperor Constantine (February 27, 280 AD – May 22, 337 AD)

People (especially historians) don’t like supernatural events. They go against the ‘order of things’. But to the individual that has one, it’s a sign that Heaven is on your side.

Such is the case for Constantine. The evening before the Battle of the Milvian Bridge in Rome, he had a ‘vision’ of a cross in the sky with the words, “In Hoc Signo Vinces” written around it. There is no ‘proof’ that anyone else saw it, but the man for whom it was intended knew that he was going to win the battle on the following day.

Let’s look at his chart first:

There might be a lot of problems with the timing of Constantine’s birth chart, not the least of which is the fact that no one is absolutely sure what year he was born. But the date February 27th is known. And the timing is randomized.

The Moon conjunct his Ascendant in Cancer would make him especially empathetic towards the ‘underdog’. In fact, he may have seen himself in that role. And there are a couple of inconjuncts, but I’m going to skip any discussion about them, as too much is unknown. But for those with eyes that see, the makings of the man who would legitimize the new Christian religion are evident.

Now let’s look at the ‘event’:

I’ve set the chart for 5:20 pm local time on that fateful evening, so that the Sun may be invisible below the Descendant, but Mercury is right above it, and conjunct to it in Scorpio. And the Yod created by the Moon and Ascendant both inconjunct to Neptune proves to me that the ‘event’ was ‘hidden’ from everybody else.

When he won the battle, Constantine expressed his gratitude to the heavens, but he diplomatically didn’t say which deity helped him. But he knew, which is why Chi-Rho became an emblem on the shields of his soldiers and the markings on his coins.

So one last look at the combined charts:

Simple, really, isn’t it? His natal Mars is conjunct the Sun and Mercury ‘event’ positions. It was written in the stars: “In this sign you will conquer…”
