An Insight into What You Need to Do in This Life

Karmic Astrology: The Moon’s Nodes and Reincarnation (1975)

This was Kate’s go-to book. In fact, when she first met me, she wanted to write out some passages for me, to help me understand my purpose in this lifetime. It changed my life.

Previously, I have shared my specific understanding that was gleamed from her efforts, but now I want to focus the spotlight on Richard Burton, so as to give you a more objective view.

North Node in Cancer/South Node in Capricorn

Here the soul enters the current life with much inner pride. The individual finds it difficult to understand why others do not show him the strong respect he has been accustomed to in past incarnations. As a result, prestige and the pursuit of dignity continue to be the motivators of all actions.

Some with these Nodes will even marry to achieve the social status of the subconscious Capricorn memory.

In past incarnations this soul worked hard for recognition. Without losing self-respect, he would have been the original ham, going far out of his way to attract attention. At times this would even mean imposing undue punishment upon himself if he knew others were observing. Now he would like the world to know how burdened he has been so that others can see him as a martyr.

He continues to make his work harder than it actually is, never seeming quite able to finish meeting his current life responsibilities and obligations.

Since he is always living in the past, he has a habit of bringing the consciousness of all his past burdens with him into the present. This makes his present life much heavier than it need be.

The one thing he has not yet learned to tolerate is failure in himself. He is well practiced at actually making himself physically or emotionally ill in order to avoid coping with situations in which he expects to feel inadequate.

He sees the world through an attitude of self-righteousness, whereby the actions of others are rarely condoned but often condemned. He keeps this to himself, however, for it would damage his sense of personal esteem should others know that he has been fitting them into his secretly devised caste system.

In prior lives he was highly opinionated and strongly resistant to taking advice that would affect him personally. Now he still believes that one’s personal life is strictly a private matter. Consequently around all things that relate directly to himself, he builds the “Wall of China.” It would be futile for anyone to try to break in for at the slightest personal criticism, he starts adding more bricks to the wall.

Lifetimes of materialism make him an opportunist, placing himself wherever there is something to be gained. At the same time he is “penny wise and pound foolish,” for he is known to be stingy in the midst of emotional bursts of extravagance.

When he see advantage, he will turn cold and calculating so that no weakness within himself will prevent the attainment of a goal he has set his sights on. He will turn weakness in others to his own advantage. Wherever there are loopholes in the law, he can find ways to squeeze through. So intent is he on managing all he sees around him that his entire current life becomes a personal crusade to prove his worthy capabilities.

[Are you getting more than a few character hints, here? Now we shall look at what his life as Richard Burton was meant to achieve.]

In past incarnations, his soul learned the art of accomplishment. In order to do this, there was little regard developed for others. Now through the Cancer North Node, he must learn how to give nourishment as well as receive it. Many with these Nodes experience strong family burdens so that they may come to know the emotional needs of others.

Sexually, the soul is learning how to take on the feminine role in this life. The karmic transition is from coldness to warmth — from age to youth. Many with these Nodes appear to grow younger as each year in their life passes.

Rigid Capricorn attitudes are dropped one by one. The individual finds new security in relating his emotions more honestly. In this life he must learn how to apologize sincerely when he is wrong, as well as not to seek advantage over others when he is right. Eventually he will see that all of his depressions, fears and worries are no more than part of a self-created martyr complex which bears little relation to current life circumstances.

He must slowly learn how to divorce himself from an insatiable need to manage everything around him.

In this life he will go though a chain of experiences which will slowly open his Cancerian sensitivities. Eventually, he will start to value nature more than money, emotion more than power, and new growth rather than the collecting of dead wood!. When the changes start to occur, he will be brought out of the cold of winter into the bright sunlight of early summer. But he must develop a totally new emotional response pattern if he is to adjust to the new direction in which his soul is destined to go.

His highest achievement in this life is nourishing others. To reach this, he must do much work on himself, until he becomes a natural cornucopia of spiritual food to those who are hungry. The more he is able to fill people, the more happiness he will feel himself. He should see that God also favors those who stand and wait, and that His highest blessing is especially reserved for those who seek nothing for themselves but to be available as His constant servant. In past lives this soul was able to benefit greatly by receiving. Now he is here to give.

Did My Love of History Develop Because of This Actor?

Richard Burton (as Henry VIII in “Anne of the Thousand Days”) 1969

Something tells me that I identify with the characters that Richard Burton portrayed in films, especially during the 1950’s and 1960’s. These historical lions from the past became alive to me (even though some of them were fictional):

Marcellus Gallio (from “The Robe”) 1953

Mark Antony (from “Cleopatra”) 1963

Thomas Becket (from “Becket”) 1964

Alec Leamas (from “The Spy Who Came In From The Cold”) 1965

These are the characters I identify with, even though he is credited with playing others, like Alexander, King Arthur (on Broadway) and even Heathcliff. But these five have been absorbed into my past-life history as me.

There’s a sequence between Frank Cross (played by Bill Murray) and the Ghost of Christmas Past in the film “Scrooged”. Frank is remembering a childhood memory of scoring a home run in baseball. The Ghost reminds him that the home run was actually scored by Eddie in the TV show “The Courtship of Eddie’s Father.” That’s how I’m thinking these past lives are for me: images I’ve seen acted out in movies played by Richard Burton. So, just for fun, I decided to compare his birth chart to mine to see if there are any links, overlaps (or nothing) between us.

And there are links, enough to make it interesting, at least for me. The most significant is my Moon in Scorpio being about 3° from his natal Sun/Saturn conjunction @ 17° (my favourite number). And my Ascendant is inconjunct his Pluto/Ascendant conjunction in Cancer.

My Mercury in Capricorn is within 5° of his South Node, and my South Node/Mars/Midheaven conjunction is inconjunct his Midheaven in Pisces. His Moon in Virgo is conjunct my Part of Fortune. His Part of Fortune in Taurus is opposite my Moon in Scorpio.

So we are connected by some past life affiliations, but that may be all.

Still, it’s a new thought for me.

Introducing the Winner of American Idol 2021:

Chayce Beckham (July 18, 1996)

It seemed impossible to Chayce Beckham that he even made it to the auditions last year. Two weeks before the event, he wrote off his vehicle in a horrific crash. The accident ‘turned him around’ and charted a new path for him. And now he’s arguably one of the best country singer-songwriters to come along in years. (Think, American Idol Phillip Phillips with the growly voice of Bradley Cooper’s Jack from “A Star Is Born”.) Oh, that’s interesting: a star is born…

Everybody notes that Chayce is 24 and born sometime in 1996. One site stated that he turned 24 on July 18, 2020. Of course, no birthtime yet, so I randomized the time and then rectified the chart to show his ‘wake up call’ (Pluto) just before his 24th birthday. I was not surprised to see a Yod pointing at Neptune from Mars and the Moon.

Moon Inconjunct Neptune

People with this aspect often hide their real feelings and make sacrifices for others that they do not really want to make. Then they resent the person who asked for the sacrifice. You must learn to tell people how you really feel; if you do not, you have only yourself to blame for what happens. You must learn to accept that you are responsible for your own life. Do not act as if you are the victim of strong forces that you can’t control, because you can control them.

Mars Inconjunct Neptune

Sometimes this aspect signifies a desire to escape from this world altogether, perhaps through drugs, perhaps through strange cults and religions. You are easily persuaded that your individuality is not worth much and that you should give it up to some higher power. This may be desirable at some point in your life, but only after you have found yourself and have an understanding of your own worth. You have to be a real individual before you can give up your individuality to a higher power.

Simple as my mama said when I was very young

She told me not to worry son

One day you’ll be some one

Chayce Beckham “23”

Winning American Idol

I’ve never tried this before: charting the win on a musical reality program. I’m surprised I hadn’t thought of it until now, but, as usual, the inspiration came to me in the night while I slept.

It is only when you combine the two charts does the significance show that this was destined.

The ‘event’ Ascendant is exactly where Chayce’s age of ‘almost’ 25 should be. That confirms for me that my chart rectification of his birth time is as accurate as it can be without actually knowing. The ‘event’ Sun is within 4° of his own Ascendant. The two Venus placements are about 2° apart, while the ‘event’ Mercury and Chayce’s Mars are that close, too. The ‘kicker’ for me is that the ‘event’ Pluto is almost exactly conjunct Chayce’s Neptune (which still has the Yod from his birth chart now pointing to the ‘event’ Pluto), while a second interactive Yod is pointing at his Moon, with inconjuncts from the ‘event’ Pluto and the ‘event’ Neptune. To heck with what Robert Hand’s words say in that first aspect description above, there are stronger forces at work that he cannot control, and all Chayce has to do was surrender to that higher power, as stated in the second aspect description. And the ‘event’ Saturn is conjunct his Midheaven (his career 10th House) in Aquarius. So, there…

Sorry, I Don’t Want to Spend Another Minute in This Bog

Longmire (2012-2017)

We started watching this Netflix series on the recommendation of Susan’s brother, a retired RCMP constable living in Alberta (where he worked during his career). This show is right up his alley: a police (sheriff) procedural in Wyoming, involving Native Americans on the reservation (the Rez) and the local town folk. We are about halfway through the first season and are bored.

Longmire Name Meaning. English: habitational name from a minor place in the parish of Windermere, Cumbria, named in Middle English as long ‘long’ + myre, mire ‘marsh’, ‘bog’ (Old Norse mýrr).

ancestry.ca

If this were a show in the UK, it would be “Midsomer Murders”. Too many people have died already, and if we were to watch all the way through to the end, I’ll bet there will be only one man standing: Longmire.

But we’re not going to wait that long: The End.

They Always Intended to Be Buried Together

But They Were Thwarted

Sally, Richard’s last wife, decided to put up a headstone next to his, to prevent Elizabeth from being able to be by his side in death. Shortsighted, I’d say. The bodies don’t count in the end.

He died suddenly late in the afternoon at a Geneva hospital on August 5, 1984. When I drew up this ‘death’ chart, I wasn’t surprise to find Uranus on the horizon, conjunct the Sagittarius Ascendant @ 12°. Time to go…

Elizabeth’s death was peaceful @ 1:30 am PDT on March 23, 2011. She’s been in ill-health for quite awhile. So, it was not unexpected.

Even in death, the two soul-mates had astrological connections: his ‘fatal’ Mars is conjunct her ‘fatal’ Moon in Scorpio; and his ‘fatal’ Neptune is within 1° of her ‘fatal’ North Node in Sagittarius; his ‘fatal’ Part of Fortune is almost exactly conjunct her ‘fatal’ Uranus in Aries; and finally, his ‘fatal’ Sun is conjunct her ‘fatal’ Part of Fortune.

In my humble opinion, they are together now, spiritually.

Because love never dies.

If at First You Don’t Succeed, Try, Try Again

The Legacy of Liz and Dick

The Life Magazine image from April 19, 1963

While the world was focused on The King and Ann-Margret, I was enchanted by this couple. I had seen them in “Cleopatra” and I could tell, even at age 14 (when I saw the film) that their love was ‘real’. But theirs was a tempestuous relationship, so that they remarried after their first divorce, only to go their separate ways, yet again, later. According to some reports, Elizabeth Taylor was ‘still madly in love’ with Richard Burton when he died. Do you wonder why?

Richard Burton (November 10, 1925 – August 5, 1984)

Do you see that Pluto/Ascendant conjunction in Cancer? That’s a hell-raiser if ever there was one. And yet, that combination in a Grand Trine with the Sun and Saturn @ 17° Scorpio, and Uranus and the Midheaven in Pisces, makes this man emotionally complex. His Virgo Moon is the only solid ground he has as an anchor in the storms of his feelings, but there isn’t enough to save him from himself, not even the Jupiter/Descendant in Capricorn, nor his Mars @ 28° Libra. OK. Neptune in Leo gives him the actor’s mask to enable him to be chameleon-like, and there is one inconjunct from Neptune to Uranus.

Uranus Inconjunct Neptune (1924-1927)

This aspect indicates a generation that had mixed feelings about its ideals and how to implement them. They often felt very confused about their ideals, and when they found that their ideals failed because they were badly formulated, this group became disillusioned. States of consciousness beyond the ordinary are very confusing to them, and they prefer not to get involved with such matters.

(In other words, drink to excess to drown out any emerging psychic awareness.)

Elizabeth Taylor (February 27, 1932 – March 23, 2011)

When I first saw anything about these two, in Ronald Davison’s “Synastry”, he had Elizabeth’s birth time as 7:57 pm GMT, perhaps trying to tie-in with Richard’s birth time of 7:58 pm GMT. But that did not prove to be the correct time, since all astrology sites (and my own computer program) lists it as 2:15 am. There are four inconjuncts echoing her close conjunctions of the Sun and Mercury @ 7° Pisces and Venus and Uranus @ 17° Aries. Interesting…

Sun Inconjunct Midheaven

While you are young, you will find it difficult to decide what to do with your life. The demand of the world may sometimes be hard to handle, because they don’t seem to take advantage of your natural abilities and instincts. Also, much of your time will be taken up with learning routine skills that do not seem at first to have much connection with reality. But don’t try to rush your life. Even if you can’t see why you should learn a skill, try it out anyway. Later on, its purpose may become clear. Also you tend to rush through your tasks, because you are impatient to get something else, but in that way you don’t learn anything very thoroughly. Or you may try to live entirely for what you think is most pleasurable at the moment rather than for your long-range goals. Certainly you have a right to be young and happy, but don’t overdo it; the lessons you do not learn well now will create problems when you try to pursue a future course of action.

Mercury Inconjunct Midheaven

It is very important that you develop your mind and your powers of thought, so that you can use them to attain whatever objectives you set for yourself. However, before you can accomplish this, you may have to solve certain problems. You may feel that there is a tension between your natural spontaneous views and what is taught by your parents and other adults. Even though their teachings seem perfectly reasonable, you want to think matters through for yourself. But while you are young, you may not be able to accept your own ideas as valid if they contradict what you have been taught. Yet you cannot simply suppress your own ways of thinking. If you try, you will create tension and probably create a gap between what you are trying to do and what you say. When you are older you may express this tension by making indiscreet remarks that totally get in the way of your objectives.

Moon Inconjunct Venus

You need to be loved, even more than most people, particularly by your mother or another woman who takes the place of your mother. This need for love will be the force behind many of your actions. If you don’t find the love you are looking for, you will develop an insecure hunger for love from everyone you meet. However, you may express this in very strange ways, much as a desire for food, especially sweets, which unconsciously represent love to you.

There is also the danger that if you spend so much time and effort trying to get what you need, you will not be able to give love to others. Thus this aspect can mean that you indulge yourself and expect others to do everything for you. Of course, if people think that you are looking at things this way, they will not be inclined to help you. That will drive you to seek love even more and make the pattern even stronger.

Moon Inconjunct Uranus

With this aspect you must learn to control sudden outbursts of emotion that occur at difficult times when you least expect it. Also your present home life may not be a stable situation in which you can grow up emotionally secure and confident. A particular incident when you were very young may have given you the feeling that you can’t count on anything or anyone for support. Later in life, you may try very hard to get away from anything that reminds you of your earliest childhood, even if your childhood has not been difficult. You just feel that you have to get away and go somewhere else.

You should be encouraged to express your inner feelings and release the tensions that build up within you. In this way you will not be hurt by energies that you aren’t aware of in yourself.

The Relationship

Their individual Moons are the reason for the connection between them. Liz’ Moon is conjunct Dick’s Sun/Saturn conjunction; Dick’s Moon is conjunct Liz’s Neptune and opposite her Sun/Mercury conjunction. Literally, 17° is also a prime factor as Dick’s Sun/Saturn conjunction in Scorpio is inconjunct Liz’ Venus/Uranus conjunction in Aries. Theirs was a journey, together.

Art Imitating Life or vice versa?

This film was not pleasant viewing, even for a 16-year old. I guess it had the same tensions as our parents’ marriage, but without the obvious outbursts. Elizabeth Taylor played Martha to Richard Burton’s George and the fireworks were spectacular, even in black and white.

It was no laughing matter…

That First Kiss (1962)

If you could bottle this moment, you’d make a fortune. “The sparks flew.”

On January 22, 1962, the two met again in full costume and makeup on set. “Has anybody ever told you that you’re a very pretty girl?” he asked condescendingly.

In her 1965 memoir, Elizabeth Taylor, she recalled her surprise at his lame attempt at negging. “Oy gevalt,” she exclaimed to her girlfriends. “Here’s the great lover, the great wit, the great intellectual of Wales, and he comes out with a line like that.”

But on the first day of shooting together, Taylor found herself endeared to a painfully hungover Burton, who trembled and blew a line. “With my heart I ‘cwtched’ him—that’s Welsh for ‘hug.’” Sparks began flying, lighting fire during a love scene. According to Kashner and Schoenberger:

In their first deep kiss, in Cleopatra’s boudoir…Burton found himself caught up, almost drugged, in her presence. They repeated the scene several times, their kiss lasting longer with each take. Finally, [director Joseph] Mankiewicz shouted, “Print it”—but the scene continued. “Would you two mind if I say cut?” he asked again. And then, “Does it interest you that it is time for lunch?”

Later that day Burton dragged Taylor’s chair next to his. It would remain there for the next 13 years.

Crazy Love (Vanity Fair)

For those skeptics that say that there’s nothing whatsoever in astrology to prove how it moves people, I would suggest that they need to think again. The ‘event’ chart is a powerful moment in time. Sure, it was the same for every single person in the world on that day, but the effect on Taylor and Burton was dynamic.

That stellium of five planets and the Ascendant in Aquarius was profound, to say the least. And, in my estimation, the person most affected was Elizabeth. (Her Saturn is conjunct the ‘event’ Sun/Mercury/Saturn/Ascendant conjunction: it would have been as if she had met and fell in love with her ‘father-figure’. And the ‘event’ Moon is conjunct her Part of Fortune @ 19° Leo, also the ‘event’ Part of Fortune AND North Node.) But Richard wasn’t immune, either. (His Moon which is conjunct her Neptune was being triggered by transiting Pluto @ 9° Virgo.) This movie was their coming together event as ordained by the Universe.

And the rest is history…

Who Do The King and the Crown Prince have in Common?

Lisa Marie Presley (February 1, 1968)

Elvis’ little princess grew up to be a beautiful woman, at least on the outside. Her life inside that head of hers might be a little messed up. And it is perfectly reasonable to assume that.

Like her mother, Priscilla, Lisa Marie has four inconjuncts, three of them forming two Yods, this time pointing at the Midheaven and Uranus. She did not choose the spotlight, the spotlight chose her. The other one connects Venus and her Ascendant @ 7° Leo. Her heart rules her life.

Venus Inconjunct Ascendant

You often feel that you haven’t any right to ask much of those whom you love. You feel that you must do favors for them instead of asking for their help. For you, love is an act of service, not self-gratification. Also, through relationships with others, you try to learn more about your own and other people’s inner workings. For this reason your relationships are more deep and profound than most people’s. But they are somewhat difficult, too. Your close friends and loved ones discover that you are quite different in a close relationship than you appear at first. It is not that you are dishonest, but that you show a side of yourself to your friends that you usually keep hidden, often because you are not entirely confident in that role. You may feel unsure that others will like you or accept your affection. This is one reason you express your love by doing nice things for people. You are trying to win them over.

Mercury Inconjunct Uranus

Your mind moves quickly from topic to topic, often without pausing long enough for you to understand what you have learned. And if there is a lot of excitement or activity around you, your mind may race so fast to keep up with it all you work yourself into a state of nervous frenzy. Under these circumstances it is almost impossible for you to concentrate or do any useful mental work.

Uranus Inconjunct Midheaven

You need to express your thoughts and feelings, but you often upset the people around you with your words. You seem to enjoy creating a stir every time you say something, but this can get you into quite a bit of trouble with parents, teachers and other authority figures. The underlying principle of this aspect is the need to balance your individual self-expression and manner of communicating with your need to learn and grow under the guidance of older people.

Neptune Inconjunct Midheaven

You are very impressionable, in that you pick up the energies around you very quickly. Therefore it is very important that you be surrounded by wholesome influences in your early years, because negative influences will weaken your self-esteem and make it much more difficult to accomplish anything when you are older. On the other hand, your impressionableness may give rise to some psychic ability, or at least a very sharp intuition when you are older.

Her Relationship with Michael Jackson

What we have here is another 10 year gap between the two individuals. Do you think this was Lisa Marie’s way of trying to understand the relationship that her parents had from the inside of her own marriage? To me, it always seemed a strange combination, but they may have had a past life together: Michael’s South Node is conjunct Lisa Marie’s North Node in Aries. The only other direct link is between Lisa Marie’s Jupiter and Michael’s Sun/Pluto/Midheaven conjunction in Virgo. This is familiar territory. They were repeating something in her father’s life.

At some point in their marriage, Michael asked Lisa Marie about Elvis’ death:

During that private conversation between Jackson and Presley Lisa Marie stated she remembers Michael telling her that he was afraid he was going to “end up like him, the way he did.” Oddly enough, what Michael Jackson feared most came to light within his own life.

Lisa claims she told Michael that he would not and attempted to change the subject. However, deep down she could feel his fear.

Lisa states that the memory of this conversation came back to her…14-years later as she sat and watched in shock the news of Michael Jackson’s passing. She also admits that during her time with the King of Pop, she felt she could save him from his fears.

How Can the World Trust a Bibi with Yahoo in His Name?

Benjamin Netanyahu (October 21, 1949)

I waited, and waited, and waited until a ceasefire was declared by Israel in the latest ‘skirmish’ in Gaza with Hamas: talk about David and Goliath, with the State of Israel taking the Philistine role. Such is the position that one nation has over another when a contested land is occupied.

This has been a long-running battle, with each side feeling aggrieved by the other. And at the head of the Israelis? Benjamin Netanyahu.

This birth chart is supposedly ‘rectified from an approximate time’. So what makes the reason for rectification: Venus on the Ascendant? What in God’s mercy would that be doing there?

I suppose the astrologer that made this chart rectification was perhaps more focused on Netanyahu becoming Prime Minister in 1996, at a tender age of 46 (going on 47) (Uranus @ 5° Cancer), the youngest ever and the first one born in the newly mandated State of Israel.

But that Venus placement is troubling.

Venus Conjunct Ascendant

You are probably a very appealing person, and you will discover that you can wind adults right around your finger with a smile or a gesture. You will always have this ability to charm people, which can be very useful, but you must learn to use it well.

First of all, you should not turn on he charm when you don’t feel positive about someone. People will quickly recognize when you are sincere and when you are only trying to use them. You could be known as a phony or superficial person, unless you develop real warmth. You may also tend to use your charm to get ahead, when you should depend on real ability. Develop your talents instead of smiling your way through life. You will ge more real satisfaction out of it.

On the other hand, you are a genuine peacemaker. You hate conflict, so you always look for a way to compromise. You want harmony around you at all times, which is very useful and positive, but you will have to learn not to compromise on issues that are very important to you.

As you get older, you will be very social, enjoying parties and good times or just being with people. When you are an adult, therefore, you will be very good at working with people and making them feel good. People will appreciate your talent for making your surroundings pretty and attractive, and you will probably be very popular.

(Do you think this paragraph covers the fraud and corruption allegations?)

And What About Elvis’ “Other Woman”?

Priscilla Ann Beaulieu (May 24, 1945)

When Elvis met her, while serving in the US Army in Germany, Priscilla was only 14 years old. Elvis was 10 years older. Cradle robbing? But we must remember that Elvis was his mother’s only surviving child (his twin died in childbirth) and to Gladys she would have been an ‘innocent’ woman and therefore uncorrupted by the ways of the world, and good for Elvis.

But can that actually be considered true, when looking at Priscilla’s birth chart? There are four inconjuncts with two of them forming a Yod with her Ascendant @ 6° Capricorn. Although, seemingly conflicted, my first impression is that she knew exactly how to get her man.

Sun Inconjunct Ascendant

You may find that no matter how hard you try to show others who you really are, they misunderstand you somehow. This is because the angular relationship between your rising sign and Sun sign indicates that your internal energies are quite different from the energies you show to the world. You are not intentionally dishonest with the world, you simply present a confusing complex of energies. As you get older, you will learn more about your effect on people, which will enable you to put the two sides of your personality together so that they work smoothly. Be patient and do not hurry. Look at each relationship as an opportunity to learn more about yourself through your effects upon others. You will know you have learned this when you no longer attract people who are psychologically difficult to deal with.

Mars Inconjunct Jupiter

It is important to realize that you are not unlucky. Accidents or mishaps result from going too far too fast rather than from bad luck. If you slow down and learn new skills carefully and slowly, you will do as well as anyone else, perhaps better. However, this may be difficult for you, because you are somewhat impulsive and quite restless. You find it almost impossible to sit still for very long. You are always eager for change and new experiences, even when you are not ready for them yet. The only way to get over this is through self-discipline.

Pluto Inconjunct Ascendant

This can be an indication that through experiences with others, you will be forced to undergo many significant changes in life. At times the crises may be quite unpleasant, but for the most part the results will be very positive, although for some people, they may be less constructive. But you must be very careful about the kind of people you get involved with. Choose your friends with great care and try to find people who have a healthy outlook on life and who seem reasonably well balanced. People who are driven to extreme behavior or who act compulsively, as if they could not plan anything in advance, are not very good for you. They will get you into difficult situations that you do not need.

The King and Her

“Oh, what a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive.” (Sir Walter Scott)

This jumble of joint aspects reminds me of Charles and Diana. And look how that marriage worked out. This is what happens when one individual is a decade or more older than the other. There are very few direct connections, and a great many stressful aspects between them.

And Priscilla, who should have been on top of the world, because she married The King, had a very strained relationship with him, because he started to treat her with kid gloves after Lisa Marie was born, exactly nine months after their wedding day! His adoration for his mother was transferred to Priscilla, when she became the mother to his child. That wasn’t what she wanted.

You can’t always get what you want

You can’t always get what you want

You can’t always get what you want

But if you try sometimes

Well, you might find

You get what you need.
